- WW WEIGH IN| AND 0 POINT CAULIFLOWER PIZZA CRUST
Ingredients:
▪︎2 Cups cooked riced CAULIFLOWER
▪︎1 Jumbo Egg
▪︎2 Tablespoons Greek Non fat Yogurt
▪︎Your Choice of Spices
Rice 1/2 head fresh CAULIFLOWER
Steam in microwave foe 6 minutes
Squeeze out ALL WATER
Add Egg, Yogurt and Spices
Make into a round crust 1/4 - 1/2 inch thick
Bake for 25 minutes at 400°
Flip over and bake another 20 minutes at 325°.
Top with your favorite sauce and toppings, and bake till cheese is melted.

Hi Arlene, Judy here. I'm so glad you're back I love watching your videos. This looks wonderful but a lot of work. How about using any form of Frozen cauliflower? Do you think it will work. I haven't found any brands of the pre rice Frozen cauliflower that I enjoy, but I do buy the great value cauliflower florets Frozen, and I wonder if there would be a way to use that?
I recently switched from ww green to ww purple as I only have a few more pounds to lose, five at the most, and I'm looking for a way to eat and not gain back all the weight I lost this time around. Every time I reach my goal weight, in about a year I put it back, so I'm trying to find a good way to maintain. I love your videos and your energy and the way you cook is so real. I'm a messy cook too LOL, but my food is great like yours ❤️

Hi there! Hoping for your opinion. I just joined WW, but haven’t technically started. I’m so confused! I was assigned purple and 38 points!?! Everyone I’ve seen on here are mostly 16 or so points. Should I start with a bunch of zero foods to kickstart? I feel 38 is alot. I’d appreciate any input please 🤗
Hello, and Welcome. 38 points does not sound right. It most likely should be 16 points per day and then your weeklies, which mine is 36. I would go back in and recalculate or reach out to Customer support and see why your purple plan daily points are so high. I would not start with all 0 point foods, you do need to eat at least 12 or 13 points a day to be in the healthy zone, we all like to get our blue dots everyday. I think the milk would make it to loose. You can try it and let me know how it turns out, but I would hate for you to lose all that work and Ingredients.
