I had a 2lb gain this week after a weeks holiday to Salou, I knew I was goin2 have a gain theres only so many cakes and ice-cream you can eat without 1 lol....so straight back onit yesterday after weigh-in with hopefully the 2lb off next week xxx have a great week

2.5 loss this week I find I loose slightly more after eating melon don't know if this helps at all. so I bought one this week need to lose 3lb for my stone award

I was so pleased as I'd been involved ina serious accident which has meant i haven't been able to do any exercise so the last few weeks i have gained rather than lost weight. Sorry but this cake was disgusting 🤢. Tastes like what I imagine a chocolate omelette would be like. I'd rather use the two syns for a highlights hot chocolate drink. Was so bad I binned it, normally I would eat something and if its not tasty I'd would just not make it again, but this was awful. Truly disgusting.
