Out of order, but I got most.
Bok Choy , Swiss Chard , Kale , Collards (greens), Beet Greens, Brussel Sprouts, Arugula, Asparagus, Mustard Greens, Turnip Greens, Broccoli, Cilantro, Parsley,
    Spinach, Napa Cabbage.

I'm positive that becoming plant-based (vegan) 11 years ago has changed my life for the better. I watched my total cholesterol drop from 280 to 147 (147 is lower than ldl alone in 2012. My blood pressure has dropped from average 169/101 to average 132/78 and by also cutting out additives like sugar, glucose and fructose) I've watched my A1C drop from 6.8 to a much healther 5.4. I now have a resting heart rate of 57 (this is due to my increase in cardio exercise) and my top weight in 2012 of 254 lbs to my current weight of 192lbs. If I didn't change my lfestyle, particularly what I aste at age 54, I'm not so sure I would've made to my current 65.

@@HeartFeltGesture While I respect the idea that diets need to be intelligently applied, it's important to look at the comprehensive scientific evidence. Research consistently supports a diet rich in plant foods for reducing heart disease and other chronic conditions. The long-term health impacts of a carnivore diet, which excludes these beneficial plant foods, are not well supported by scientific evidence. A well-planned, plant-based diet is recognized for its health benefits and sustainability. It's important to consider not just individual experiences but the broad spectrum of nutritional science and human physiology. Plant-based absolutely works especially when it's not just waffles and fries. No sane cardiologist will suggest a carnivore diet to a heart patient for a reason.

Given carnivore is just more strict keto, and all carcinogens and inflammatory in the meat come from plant or mineral sources, idk man. It seems you haven't been keeping up with why keto was so effective at stopping seizures.
Plants inflame the body, leading to swelling and arterial scar tissue, while meats introduce fat into the blood (this only forms plaque in locations that are inflamed due to getting caught on it). You have best results when excluding one since only when put together do you have negative side effects.

Siri Lükewille the omega 3 from a plant based diet is much different than the omega 3 you get from fish. The omega 3 you get from fish is EPA, and DHA. Plant based omega 3 is ALA. You want the EPA, and DHA omega 3 for the super heart benefits. Your body will turn some of the ALA omega 3 from plants to EPA, and DHA, but it is not very effective, or efficient at it. As far as omega 3’s go, there really isn’t a suitable substitute for fish. Sardines are probably your best bet. They are lowest on the food chain and so have the least amount of mercury.

Foods that contain phytic acids should also be avoided as they detract from the body's ability to absorb minerals in the food. Nothing wrong with GMOs… it’s the chemicals that GMOs are sprayed with (because they’re designed to withstand the spraying) that are the problem. If you can’t afford organic, wash your fruits and vegetables throughly and peel what you can (potatoes, apples, kiwi, etc)
Only having access to GMOs isn’t a viable excuse to not eat fresh food

"Moderation"? The Pritikin diet, the first widespread diet to reveres heart disease, only allowed 2 1/2 ounces of meat consumption per day, and no whole eggs, and only skim milk. That's very low amounts of meat compared to what most Americans eat.

Dr. Dean Ornish, Nathan Pritikin, and Walter Kempener did it before him. Only way ever proven to reverse it. On the second Page you can even see an angiography of the artery opening back up and the intervention actually saved these peoples lives. www.dresselstyn.com/JFP_06307_Article1.pdf
