Today, we'll take a look at 7 of the best foods that unclog your arteries.
These foods that unclog arteries naturally have been proven by scientific studies to reduce, and even reverse the build up of plaque.
Have you heard of the word "atherosclerosis"?
It refers to the hardening of your arteries due to a buildup of plaque.
Plaque is essentially a combination of cholesterol, fatty substances, cellular waste products, calcium and fibrin - a protein in the blood that helps with clotting.
When plaque clogs up your arteries, you are at risk for having a heart attack or stroke.
The good news is, atherosclerosis is preventable, and even reversible in some cases.
To learn how, watch the video until the very end.

Garlic, Olive oil, and Onions are the Holy Trinity of cooking. My Grandparents on both sides lived till their late 80s and early 90s and these were in their food most of the time. They never, EVER, went to the gym and they never stressed out about all the BS that we do today. I follow their model and hope to live a long full life of good food with good times.

      Joey,
What you observed is only a small part of what is going on in their daily life activities since childhood. You KNEW a little of their life.
And the spiritual side of their life ?
If they are quite religious persons in practical term, their KARMIC forces also play a major role.
Eastern belief system teaches that if one helps prolonging other lives... their own life is lengthened. You do not know what your grandparent did in their previous life or many lifetimes ago, good deeds always beget good deeds. Looking at a person's longevity through health point of view is just incomplete.
Spirituality, Emotionality, Physicality, Financiality, Paradigm, all blend together will make a person whole.
_sorry, creating some new words along the way here_
You inherit good genes from them. If you have a discipline lifestyle plus good vibes for humanity... you will live well n content in many lifetimes including current ones. GBU.

It was my now retired neurologist who recommended I eat garlic and consider nutrition to prevent a second stroke. And my regular doctor said that while he was not sure L-Arginine would help it certainly couldn't do me any harm. I take 3 to 4 500mg L-Arginine each day only because I misread the label on the latest bottles of it I purchased and I have meant to take 1000mg pills instead. So I take them every 3 or 4 hours but never seem to take as much as I had been from the larger bottles. My stroke was not due to arterial sclerosis, but was a side effect of chemotherapy after t-cell Hodgkin's lymphoma when I was in my thirties. Now that I am in my fifties these things certainly will help.

Hi Wayne, I came across your channel while I was searching for makeup artists. I was never taught how to apply makeup, and I have rosacea. Furthermore, I found you when I was in my forties, and I am now in my fifties with crows feet and laugh lines and everything that comes along with being 57. I earned every one of those. I now get compliments on how pretty my complexion is. Not only that, but I credit you and the techniques you demonstrate so thoroughly and with humor for teaching me. You don't make me feel stupid or incompetent. I stopped looking after I found you. I just wanted you to know that you changed my life because now I hold my head up high instead of being embarrassed about my red face. I just wanted you to hear some good news instead of from the haters. I cannot imagine taking time to write a comment just to put someone down. I hope this finds you well and lifts your spirits. @EAT1337,
GARLIC is good for the heart...
But if you are an advanced meditator on your spiritual quest, garlic n its category must be avoided at all cost, because they hinder your progress.
What is good for one, is not good for another... for healthy heart, there are other options not only garlic.

I love pomegranate as well but it doesn't like me! too many carbs. I think its better to get the plant rather than the juice & eat it when COLD. that way you don't eat so many carbs because its a real pain to separate those delicious little seeds from the pod itself! makes a real mess though no way to avoid it. you also get to crunch the little seeds that the juice doesn't have!

Thanks for the information, I will definitely use these more often. I love using garlic the most, I'm sure I use it, multiple times a day, every day! 😁 I just read about tumeric, I'll definitely start cooking with Tumeric. I can easily purchase multi B vitamin complex too. I love pomegranate juice but didn't drink it often but I will now. I Only eat sesame seed on a hamburger bun or 🥯 bagel so I have to buy more bagels. I've never had Kimchi nor L-argentine but I'll get a cookbook and start. Thanks Again!

2:22 Suggestion for peeling a pomegranate: Hold the fruit under water 💦 in a bowl 🥣. Gently break open the fruit and rub the seeds to free them. The fruit will sink while the pith will float to the surface. While the fruit is under the water 💦 your clothes will not be the target of the pomegranate juice.
