    Our RZR had same codes/issues on day 1 of Glamis thanksgiving trip last year, after swapping belts, plugs, and all the usual things to try to salvage our trip...a friend recommended to pull the intercooler and check for water/antifreeze at the intake, BINGO!! There was a tiny leak that was feeding into the intake and causing misfire!! Of corse, there wasn’t an intercooler to be found close enough to save the trip. Came home, replaced intercooler, and traded in for a new C3 Max RR. BEST decision we’ve made in long time!!

    Somethings I ran into with my big turbo s misfiring was the exhaust/turbo hardware backing out creating exhaust leaks (finally stopped after replacing all hardware with brand new). My turbo kit also had aluminum charge tubes and the plug wires would arc to them through the insulation causing a misfire. After those two fixes she ran like a scalded dog.

      Unfortunately we have metal and oil engine coming apart to diagnose.

    I was getting a subliminal message throughout the video that the Turbo S still isn't fixed. Wonder where that was coming from???

    Little tip
    Try putting it in firm setting it helps gives u Little more..
    Gotta do that with ours with paddles on in our enclosed between wheel wells🤘🤘

    On my trailer I got rid of the gate and use aluminum ramp that i attach under the sxs at the e-track.it reduce tremendously the weight on the back of the trailer increasing the tongue weight and being easier to my tacoma guts,its a win win

    Misaligned clutches are an issue on those. Wonder if the mechanic checked that or not

      We actually have it at another dealership right now, and we have a case open directly with polaris.

      Nope, but that's because Polaris ended up replacing the whole motor...

    We're taking 2 2020 XP4 Turbos into Mexico at the end of this month. I'd really like to hear what you find out before we end up broke and far from home. We have spare belts, axels, A Arms and Radius rods....but we weren't even anticipating running into your problem.

    Put it in firm mode when you load it it won't Squat as much and it will be narrower for the skinny trailer.

      @@DandiOffroad yes they want you to put it in Comfort mode before you tie it down because the car settles when you switch to comfort mode. When I load my turbo S in my toy hauler if I leave it in Comfort mode the wheels scrub the fender Wells. When I drive it in infirm the car is narrower and before I shut the car off I switch it to comfort mode and the car lowers. Looks like you strap down the tires so ride height change will not affect your strap tie-down tension

      Yeah we're a big fan of wheel bonnets, and it fits on the trailer it's just that the person that was trying to drive it on the trailer didn't realize you can't drive on at an angle. We have a couple of inches at least on each side.

    Same codes as mine. 2018 Turbo XP. As soon as I went from 29's to 32's. Changed belt, plugs, re-clutched it. has a newer aftermarket hi flow fuel pump, still chasing codes. Interested to see what the dealer says

      Our motor was toast, Polaris replaced it

    The P 90X clutches that come on these new machines are a problem. Get one of the previous clutches that came on the turbo and turbo S machines and save yourself a bunch of headaches. Aftermarket Assassins is selling them with their clutch kits.

      The clutch on the new 2021 Turbo S is the same clutch as on the pro right ?

      @@DandiOffroad yes, turbo s, pro and xp turbo have same clutch. I bought a new 21 xp turbo and my clutch was part of the recall. Once I got it home it had zero miles I put the AA clutch kit in immediately along with a bunch of other goodies. I'm at 700 miles all super deep snow wheeling and not one single issue. I was super lery of the p90x but after tuning it and seeing how it works im really starting to like it. Your issue is gunna be electrical or fuel related im guessing.

      We had a pro for a minute, until it was totaled in October,, only 260 miles on it,,, so we never got to addressing the clutch. Yeah I agree,, electrical or fuel.

    I would not wash it I washed mine when I had clutch issues on my new Turbo S and Polaris said they were going to cover the clutch because it had water in the housing. I live in Arizona and the only water is seen was me watching it before I took it in.

      That crazy, did you get it fixed. This was 3 weeks ago and we are at shop number 2 so it should be dry.

    I am thinking a fuel issue. Possibly a fuel pump. I am down the street from you and have the tools to check it for you. We have replaced multiple pumps in Polaris RZRs.

      O sweet,, it is at another dealer now, but if this continues after that we will be looking for a solution, just wanted to have it fixed under warranty since its brand new.

      I'm having the same issues, was running a lot of aftermarket assassins goodies to include the upgraded fuel pump. Returned everything to stock and am having the same issues. I really don't think the pumps are the issue.

      Mine turned out to be bad injectors. Aftermarket Assassins was able to read a data log for me and see that I was overfueling. I knew it wasn't my pump so I swapped out the injectors. No limp mode and it screams now. I'd explore that possibility if you have figured it out yet.

    Man. I'm starting to think it's the G boost belts. I followed break in to a T on my G boost and it failed within 60 miles. It just snapped. No signs of wear at all. It just busted. It didn't shred no nothing. It just popped in half. Crazy. It was warrantied so I'll be breaking in that on next week. Hope it was just a rando thing.

      it was definitely not the belt, and we run these belts on our can am with no issue.

      @@DandiOffroad well I'll give them another shot. But I replaced my OEM with 800 miles with a G boost and had to put the OEM back on. I hope it was random.

      I am not sure about the G boost on the RZR,, I just know that our Can Am doesn't have an issue with them. But our RZR is still not fixed, it does the same with an OEM as it does with a G Boost,, still to be determined, we will soon know hopefully

      Hey man! Mine throws these codes after running. And the run in just one cylinder sounds rough. Was he having the same issue? Sometimes it does it right away and other times doesn’t

      Ours was an issue with the engine. Polaris ended up putting a new motor and turbo in it.

      @@DandiOffroad So I came back from a ride this weekend and mine was hard to start and couldnt really go fast, So got it home and tested my fuel pump and I was only getting 30psi. So I took my air compressor and shot some air into the feed line to the fuel pump and now it works. But I'm still going to get another fuel pump and just have it just in case. But I hope they get yours figured out.

      No,, its a great car and in the end it will get worked out,, plus we just did 300 miles in the Can Am in the desert, so not prob.. LOL.. but seriously we do not regret the purchase.

    I like how the dealer really tested your car after classic read code and oh says belt slip oh new belt long after you said to them we changed the belt cleaned the clutches common clutch and pcm ecm sensors. I thought evo had a tune that dumped the belt slip out of the system was reading that some where along with clutch tune

      Agreed, we do plan to EVO tune it. We just wanted to try and at least get past 300 miles. And I feel like they should be able to fairly easily fix this problem. So it's at a different dealership now. 🤞

      My Buddy experienced the same codes on his new RZR. I believe these errors are more common and Rzr has another issue brewing.

      Well unfortunately ours turned out to be a motor swap.
