      All the ingredients can be found on Amazon. Links are in the description box below the video. The sweetener, xanthan gum and protein they have at walmart in the US, don't know where you live.

    Thank you! This looks like a what we call a Rhubarb Crumble in the UK! can't wait to try it ...if we use coconut flour would it be same quantity as the protein powder?

      You're welcome, hope you enjoy! Yes but you may need more or less butter. Add a little at a time until it's a crumbly topping.

    I want to try using honey from my bee hive for this. I have all the cooking abilities of a cinder block but I also have a bunch of rhubarb plants so I want to get good at this. Thanks for the video!

    Wow can’t wait to try this 😊 QQ though I am from the UK and can only seem to get egg white powder is that the same as egg white protein in the US? Also if it is would it be a 1 for 1 swap? ❤

    Hi I made this a couple days ago and put it in the fridge . I also made your Keto no churn ice cream
    I cooked the Crisp for dinner this evening it was fabulous my wife ( a very good cook ) said it was excellent ,my son gave it two thumbs up 👍
    The ice cream however was rock hard followed your recipe to a T
    No idea what I did wrong !
    It was great when it thawed out but not what I wanted
    Any ideas on where I went wrong?

      Glad you enjoyed the crisp! The only thing I noticed, is taking the sweetened condensed milk just a little too far can cause the ice cream to be harder than you want it. So I would suggest cooking the sweetened condensed a little less for the ice cream recipe.

    I love rhubarb but hate cooked strawberries. Love them fresh, but I can't stand the squishy texture and super sweetness they get when heated. Would it be possible to just add more rhubarb and up the sweetener to make up for the added tartness?

    Oh.My.Goodness!!! Finally had some fresh rhubarb in my yard so I made this tonight. That crumble is amazing!! I tasted it before I put it on the fruit and if I didn’t know better, would have believed it was flour butter and sugar!! This is my go to topping now!! The rhubarb and strawberry combo was excellent as well. Next time I will make some extra crumble to go in the bottom under the fruit. I saw a video where someone did that and it looked really good! And no extra carbs!! 🥰
