I always use your crumble recipes, it’s perfect! Just a few days ago I made it with peaches&cherries mixed with lemon zest, a little cinnamon, little sugar and cornstarch, a vanilla pod and cooked everything for around 15 minutes, removed from the oven, removed the vanilla pod squizzing out all the seeds left inside, topped with your AMAZING crumble (I mixed in some crushed almonds and lemon zest as well) and cooked for another 30 minutes…served with fiordilatte icecream… I dare say it was the best crumble I had ever made! Delicious, thanks to your crumble recipe!! Can’t wait to try it with strawberries and rhubarb!😍 Ollie is funny🤗

@@donalskehan Eating, while typing, a tiny batch made with one banana and 1/10 of the crumble topping. I also added a bit of butter, cinnamon, honey, vanilla and salt to the banana. It's downright delicious. The crunchy topping and the creamy banana are a match made in heaven. Thanks for the recipe, which I'll definitely make again.
