    I am very sorry...but I noticed that a few people had commented with some confusion about the price tag listed...
    To everyone reading this, the form has the kanji 「千円」after the 282,000¥ price tag so it is actually 282,000,000 JPY for this property or currently with the exchange rate of JPY to USD, it is about 2,060,000 USD (since the yen is so weak against the dollar right now)

    Thanks for posting this. I’m looking to buy a building for max 70 million yen but with a mortgage so I can get better investment yield. My wife is Japanese but we do not live in Japan. Is it possible to get a loan under her name. From a Japanese bank? I’m also willing to create a company and make her director if it’s easier to get the loan. I’m looking for low interest around 1% with 20% down payment
