    Note:
It isn't hard to make great spirits at home; but you do have to play by the rules. The use and possession of stills and other distilling equipment - while perfectly legal in New Zealand - can be heavily regulated by foreign, federal and/or local laws and may require permits and licenses or in some cases, is illegal. Still Spirits recommends you check home distilling regulations with your local authorities before purchasing and using distilling equipment.
The information in this livestream is intended for licensed distillers and those who live in regions where distillation is legal. Our discussions of distilling products and processes are for informational purposes only.

Have T500, copper column and Alembic and Air Still. Being in Cairns FNQ Australia, access to many botanicals. Inspired by local award winner ‘Wolf Lane’ Gin from Cairns, our tropical range of fruits, berries, spices and plants, can be creative. I’m loving the combination of your products, and often use your botanical packets, both steeped in the wash at 50%ABV @ 50 degrees, for several hours, then also in the baskets. Love Ginger in Gin too. I’m growing Sugar Cane, use the raw Sugar Cane juice and Molasses, then Column / Reflux, for base spirits, and tomato paste sometimes for nutrient (inspired by Birdwatcher’s Vodka Wash). Love Still-It (Jessie’s) Channel too.
