- A classic secret that will always haunt us ! (The footage was taken from the XBox Live Arcade version. It's the same, but adds that connection to Nuts & Bolts).

The mystery surrounding these eggs and the ice key always kept younger me puzzled throughout this game. Glad I gave it closure later on! xD
Im also laughing bevause of rhe focus sound xD
Right makes both of us 😁
Now Skawo's done it on real N64 hardware.
How do you Spell for Stop'N'Swop?
What do you do after getting all the items please I need to know
After collecting these eggs, you switch over to Banjo-Tooie and take them to Heggy to unlock some useless stuff, though the ice key leads you to the mega Glowbo which you take to Humba in Isle o Hags and transform Kazooie into a dragon.
This was initially planned for the og N64 version because earlier models of the console had 10 seconds of RDRAM which would allow you to take the eggs from Banjo-Kazooie to Banjo-Tooie, but Nintendo asked Rare to scrap it because of potential damage to the console and the fact that the newer models were reducing that time to 1 second. However, this was implemented for the Xbox Live Arcade version. If you collect the eggs and Ice Key in Banjo-Kazooie, you can take them to Heggy and she will hatch the eggs. These same eggs also unlock extra new vehicle parts in Banjo-Kazooie: Nuts and Bolts.
Also in the N64 version of Banjo-Tooie, you still get access to 3 eggs and the ice key since Stop n Swop was cut, but on the Xbox, you just get shiny eggs that do nothing.
Hope this helps answer the question! :)
Thanks
@@ReeseDavidsonThanks for the explanation! I always wondered what the purpose of these items were (I played Banjo Kazooie back in the early 2000s, but never got the chance to collect these items).
@@tangzwire No problem! I grew up playing Banjo-Tooie, but didn’t get Kazooie until just a few months ago, so I had no idea what Stop n Swop was. I learned about this little mystery from AntDude in his Banjo-Tooie video. I recommend checking it out if you haven’t. It’s an entertaining video (although I like Tooie better than Kazooie), and he gives a somewhat demonstration of how SNS was supposed to work on the N64.
