Tell your sketching friend thank you!!! Her art and style are top notch! Also I am a morbidly curious person to a point. I’ve seen many crime scene photos, but this is one I don’t think I could handle. I’ve experienced a dead zone (no signal) while texting with someone many times. During that period I was not able to receive any texts from the person I was texting with. I was able to send texts but they wouldn’t deliver. Once I passed through the dead zone, I immediately received all the texts that were sent to me while I was riding as a passenger through the dead zone. Additionally, my texts were delivered as well. The time stamped was the time that I received the messages - not the time that they were actually sent to me.
I don’t understand how that phone data expert was not able to explain how it was possible to receive all those texts at once. The fact that many messages were received at once should’ve been a tell tale sign to him that at some point they had lost the signal which later came back (4:30 am)

I think the explanation for the texts coming in all at once is simple. I’ve gone camping before with bad service and when I got into a good area, multiple texts came through all at once. This has happened to me many times. I don’t think there’s much more to it. Also, I think the failed fingerprint unlock was just Libby’s own hand. Say she started recording the video at 2:13, it filmed for 43 seconds and finished at 2:14. Bridge guy has approached by that point so she tried to hide her phone. The screen goes black and she was probably holding it with her palm and the phone detected is an unlock attempt.

Thank you so very much for bringing this trial to us. They have made it very difficult for you all, having to stand in line in the wee hours of the AM in the free zone cold, no chance to get lunch, having to hand write every thing, etc. You are so appreciated !

Thank you, Lauren💖 for your work. You’re the best to be given report and summary of what you have heard and seen, athe whole picture of what is going on in Court. Not a missing thing! And no one’s cutting you off of any reasoning as been seen to often before. Now you even tells us if something is going on and that is surprising to me. Loves it when telling us about Dr John is calling and even what he supposedly wants💖
It’s so amazing as you are talking with us as friends and want to know all just to giving us a detailed picture how it is
You make me feel good 🙏 So close but far away at the same time.
Painting the picture about your experience of what’s it means to be there. Your heart and mind is there in court as much as the price you all have to pay to get any chance to get in and having a sit. You even share your feeling about how to sit in this environment.
Can keep on and on ……trying to give back a little piece to you
Just to express .but my words are not enough , missing grammatical mistakes and so on.
Wishes I learned much more than I did before in scholar education. ……unfortunately I wanted to see the world much more🫢 not very differently
It’s through communication we are all learning
much more than any scholar lesson could have

Lauren…you are such a lovely lady, so kind…so very kind, it’s fabulous to see strong professional ladies that retain the humility and gratitude of their position and indeed life, you’ve not allowed this to harden your heart ❤️…as someone that works in this field Iv struggled greatly of late discussing the ‘box cutter’ with those that may not fully appreciate how this Vs biological material could be more than capable to cause such catastrophic injuries, the power used behind the weapon is often underestimated…your reporting is excellent, I would want my darlings to have someone like you if it was ever required…thank you for being that person xx

These poor girls. This must have been so terrifying. I always told my daughter and the other women in my life to never allow someone to take her to a secondary location. even if a gun is pointed at you. scream, fight and run. There's only one reason someone wants to take you somewhere private. To do something horrible to you.

Such an important thing to remind each other of frequently because you’ve got to have that mental commitment before confronted with a fear situation. You need preparation and almost an auto-response to force in the moment the “Do what you’re going to right here and now. “. I lived adjacent to where Israel Keyes abducted Samatha Koenig…the video broke my heart, he led her compliantly across one of the busiest roads and intersections in Anchorage….and this is only one example of so many horrific others.

The problem with them screaming on that side of the bridge is that you can’t run across the bridge…you have to walk very carefully. I think that’s part of why he chose that location to abduct. Since the trail ends, it wouldn’t be easy to run, and they certainly couldn’t turn back around and RUN across that bridge. How scary. I really don’t know what I would have done if I was in their situation.

    • @teraallan
      @teraallan 2 หลายเดือนก่อน +1

Libby would have had to log into her snap chat account on someone else’s phone to be able to send a pic from their device. That is completely unreasonable to do during an abduction…I don’t think that would be her priority at that time.

I just spoke to my techie husband about the cell phone issue. He reminded me that after a drop on my phone, the solder connecting the receiver was damaged, and only by pressing on my phone in a certain location could I receive messages and calls. If Libby's phone was damaged, say as they slid down the hill or if the phone fell out of Libby's pocket and hit a rock while the assailant re-dressed Abby, then maybe that solder connection was loosened and just natural settling from Abby or the phone itself, reconnected the receiver and all the messages/calls downloaded before the phone shutdown. Since the first thing CSI does is put the phone into airplane mode, they may have missed the damaged connection.

I think Abby was killed first and once Libby saw that I believe she might have put up some kind of fight. So sad and horrific. Also if the killer had more interest in Libby it makes sense that Abby’s wound seemed to be quicker and cleaner. And very smart of these girl to hide the cell phone and turn the silencer on.

    • @terminus_null

I thought about that possibility. The medical examiner stated it could have been done with only 1 weapon. Knives or anything used to cut flesh dulls very quickly from what I've learned watching other cases. I was wondering if he did kill Abby first and whatever was used to cut/ slash was not as sharp and it caused more damage? I'm surprised this hasn't come up in testimony.
Was he saying something about a box cutter?
I have watched an interview of a child thrill killer and he was describing how fast his knife went dull as he was trying to dismember a homeless man by killed. 😞.
How can people do this type of brutality?
      Rip Libby and Abby ❤❤
