CRITIC TO JUDGE FRANCES GULL | It's a shame that this judge (Frances Gull) hijacked the court of law from we the public. We the public waited many years for this trial, and because of her selfish decision, of not allowing this trial's broadcasting, the public's trust in the judicial system has diminished.

Shame on all of you. What a world of people we live in.
It isn't gonna fly with me alive might as well send the assassin's My word is Gold. HELL I might have someone I love reading this now. Because many turned over the shame card with their face on it. Who knows but they can know it's coming out because every single bit is in black and white documented and never disposable. Not even one ounce of the shenanigans. Because people communicate thru communication designed devices. That only work and operate in one way. And if that's altered start there at the top and they can take the consequences of trying to eliminate forensics and evidence.
I mean do you guys think this case wasn't discussed via media and programs designed to save store and transfer. Hell yeah and with the growth in DNA research and criminology, genomics,
Genetic Genealogy DNA it's only time and if they are alive still they are thruuu. I mean I'm sure also in Indiana they got lucky on that 30yr old case. Wow them and Greg Kading on Tupac Shakurs case. It's only time and that's it. And it's 99.9 percent accurate. .1 beat that.. Cover ups people that sit on crimes and information of them. Etc it's all gonna be impossible to hide if you use data and there is DNA and rarely is there not. It's over with and they bopped. It's why the rich are super rich. They own our DNA and as we speak they can hold sell release and present at will. And we allow it by using their platforms and agreeing to policies we don't even read.
I'm not impressed with a lot myself like your coverage and station credibility in full. Be Human... It's not that hard.. His confessions could be two things: true, or a result of going nuts in that cell. And as they say on this channel all the time when faced with two possibilities, the jury is instructed to go with the one that presumes innocence. This case is far too weak to actually charge this man, even if he is in fact guilty of the murders. I dont think he did it and heres why. His wording matters and there were two things he repeats that a person who is guilty of something wouldnt say.....first in the confessions to his wife...he keeps saying "I THINK I did it" over and over....that is super odd wording. Who say I think when confessing? He doesnt just do it once either. Then with the mom he says " Im worried you guys arent going to love me because I SAID I did it...."......he didnt say "because I did it".......words and placements of words matter a heck of a lot and the phrasing he is using is just strange. I honestly dont think he did this. Also, Im surprised no one caught that in his interrogation he already knew there was a knife and gun involved because the cops brought it up because he says that he didnt have a gun or knife on him. So that means him stating those two things in the confession later on once arrested doesnt mean much and it def wasnt info that he didnt have.....the cops literally brought it up. It sucks too because if the wrong man is convicted then the actual person or people who killed these poor girls will remain free.

She discussed what socials were saying about him to him. This "professional" accessed the states database illegally to gain info on RA. She was reprimanded and i think fired frim treating him for this gross negligence. What is to say a drug induced RA wasn't fed bits and pieces of 8nternet gossip during his psychotic break creating false memories? RA, not convicted and awaiting trial, and sent to prison for his "safety", and put in solitary confinement, is unprecedented. As a psychiatrist, was she experinenting on RA?

With the way the media had reported on this leading up to trial and the fact that the suspect was immediately shipped to prison, not jail, I was under the heavy assumption that he must be guilty. Now we come to find out that an individual with a history of mental illness was thrown into solitary confinement for 13 months when the max allowed is 30 days? Then after a month of being in prison amongst the worst of the CONVICTED criminals, with a 24 hour surveillance and suicide buddies, he begins to act bizarre and makes all sorts of confessions. This only coming after he had been given access to evidentiary discovery. Not to mention the so called doctor who apparently heard most of said confessions, turned out to be a true crime fan who was heavily involved with the online discussions of the Delphi murders. I’m sorry, I’m not buying it.

But now in the trial hearing the specifics, it doesn’t seem as 100% as the media made it out to be. He ate his own feces! That’s a special kind of crazy IMO.

That only leaves someone physically restraining her with their arms. It would be almost impossible to kill Libby then move her while Abby just stood there. Witnesses are for the jury (and court reporter) and everyone in that courtroom to hear. This judge does the most peculiar things I wonder if she’s trying to get RA a retrial if he’s guilty. I’m glad the public got to see the transcripts. I know that there are wives of men who have done terrible things who were in denial when they found out. It’s a pretty typical and even psychologically normal reaction, when learning shocking things about a loved one. I’ve worked in county victim services, and I’ve seen this, myself, as a child and youth victim advocate. Some mothers can’t believe their husband did something to harm a child…even though they know, deep down, that he probably did. However, in this particular case, this seems like a woman who truly doesn’t believe her husband committed the crime and has some basis for the beliefs. I’m not a psychiatrist. I’m a candidate for a Master’s in psychology, focusing on trauma effects on the brain, and associated disorders. The wife’s response, in the transcript, is not what I’ve typically seen from a secondary victim in denial (or a defensive co-conspirator, because there are people who really want to go there). At the very least, I think it’s Allen’s wife’s true conviction that her husband didn’t commit the crime, in those phone calls. I didn’t feel good about this man being in prison and what is going on in there, after hearing it. I am not sure if people in solitary are permitted personal property, other than a bible. I know that certain convicted prisoners (for example, Christopher Watts) are, often, limited to a bible. This could have something to do with his sudden interest in religion, that he had been in a sensory deprived environment. It’s typical, in a prison environment, and I don’t believe it means he was led to confess by some higher call. He could very well have been influenced by the repeated accusations, the exposure to the discovery and other information from his defense attorney, psychologist, inmates, investigators. and/or correctional officers. Not to mention all the information presented in court, which has been heavily focused on the events of the crime, until the last couple days.

As far as the cop recognizing his voice, he's not a expert in voice analysis. It was a opinion from a policeman who is testifying for the prosecution. What the hell did you expect him to say? If they had a expert with training in voice analysis testify to it being Allen , then you have something. Ask yourself why they didn't have a expert testify it was Allen's voice? Yeah, exactly.. I sure hope the jury isn't as gullible as these reporters.

His confession of “I was gonna rape the girls but I saw a van and got scared so I took them down the hill and killed them” doesn’t sit right with me. UNLESS he’s done this before… because assuming this was a one-off/first time thing, the whole plan just doesn’t fit an offenders first occurrence. Two victims, broad daylight, and an unseasonably warm day (lots of potential witnesses) and if he got spooked BEFORE doing anything incriminating, he could just flee at that point. Makes zero sense to kill them. Just my 2 cents. Idk if he’s guilty or not yet.

He was sent a Bible, read it, and told the truth of what he did. I'm not overly religious, but I know that in order to accept Christ into your life, you have to repent for your sins.
He's trying to tell them what he did, and they won't accept the answer. Kinda like all these dumb people in the comments, ignoring all the other evidence, and still claiming he's innocent. Maybe odinism can go in there and save him next 🙄

Another problem with this timeline is that Libby’s phone stopped moving at 2:32 pm. If RA was spooked by the van at 2:30 pm he allegedly said that he took the girls across the creek after he saw the van, and he had Abby get redressed, that means the phone would have showed movement once again and it would have definitely taken more than 2 minutes for Abby to dress and to get the girls across the creek. .?? Red flag 🚩

The 43 second video was highly 'enhanced' and no voices were audible. Since the State did not provide an expert witness to analyze and authenticate the video, the ISP officers testimony is his opinion. Other individuals sitting in court did not think the voices were the same, some did.

Yes, solitary confinement for q3 months, psychotic, per 2 prison doctors, forcibly given psych med injections, didn't have a faucet & had to drink from the toilet, didn't have entertainment, because his iPad broke, couldn't get visitors like in jail, had many signs like bug eyes, weight loss, ants crawling on him, psychosis (all of which could easily be Graves disease, untreated hyperthyroidism, but nobody will know, because they kept saying he's faking it & ignoring him.

Funny as the only time he was doing weird things like complaining about bugs, washing up in the toilet and bugged eyed eating his own crap only happened when he seen he was being watched, while watching without RA seeing them he done none of that. Ots called acting and thinking you are smarter than you really. Also he did not start any of this behavior until he confessed.
