I’m a soft gamine but still love these feminine romantic long dresses/skirts. (Even tho i know i can easily get lost in it 😭😂).
So far what i do is : cut the dress/skirt before the ankles, add a belt for waist amphasis or separate with my skin and a crop top, use lots of jewelerys (short necklace is a must aha and big round Earring like pearls) or little scarf on the neck to add animation and avoid the plain look.
Any ideas to how i could accomodate it more maybe ?

Not that it really matters but I have met Penelope Cruz and was around her long enough to know there is no way she’s 5’6”! I’m 5’2” and she was shorter than me.

Ah that's so cool! And yes, the celebrity heights online are always very iffy. Thank you for sharing that detail- that makes more sense to me now as I'm thinking of how small she looked next to already moderate Johnny Depp in "Blow."

I watched both soft natural and soft gamine videos and I’ve taken evry quiz imaginable. Is it possible to be somewhere between the two? I am so muscular compared to the SG but so petite compared to SN. My face is somewhere between SN and TR and my head is small compared to shoulders so I never give off a super doll like gamine. But SN lines can sometimes overwhelm because of my stature. I definitely have width but it’s part from bone but mostly muscle and curve. I’m built like a curvy/thick gymnast but smaller waist

Hi!Great question! Firstly, I don't recommend the quiz (and AFAIK Kibbe himself doesn't either) because the questions do not have proportional weight to your overall silhouette (i.e. your nose or eyes should not really dictate what lines you wear as much as your actual body).
Secondly, try to look at the system as a spectrum and always remember that there are no SG or SN lines, ONLY YOUR LINES. In other words, try to figure out which themes or patterns resonate the most with you and go from there. And always make sure to tailor any patterns or styles to YOU and what works best for your unique silhouette.

I did the Kibbe body type test on a friend and she got an equal amount of E’s and A’s. E’s for the face & height while the A’s were more for the body overall. Would that make her a flamboyant gamine or soft gamine? I’m having trouble assigning her from the two 😅 because of that!

Kibbe himself doesn't condone the use of the outdated Kibbe test as the answers don't reflect the silhouette in terms of answer weight and the choices are not standardized enough to assess accurately.

I have no idea what I might be. I thought perhaps soft gamine, but I’m tall - I just have a larger head and proportionate leg and torso length (meaning my legs aren’t a lot longer and torso shorter or torso longer and legs shorter) so I don’t really look that tall and I have very large boobs and a butt, but I have skinny arms and legs. My face is most similar to Winona Ryder. Maybe I’m just deformed hahahahahhaa

Haha you're definitely not deformed! Try to focus less on face and more on silhouette and if you're confused, check out my consults :)
