I just found out I am most likely an FG and I think I do all these gestures and mannerisms too 😳. People have told me before that I can make anything sound interesting which is one of the most intriguing compliments I’ve ever had and never realized what it meant until I saw this video.

It is so interesting to study mannerisms of the types. Most of the time still images just do not give away enough clues, in motion i think everything just falls together like a piece of puzzle and is so interesting to watch a person as whole!! I’ve always been torn between being a DC or FG, i think this video is very helpful because i really see myself in the mannerisms of these people rather than DC women.

Wow watching the body language without the sound and seeing the commonalities between how they move and express was really helpful. I've been compared to several soft naturals as well as Zooey Deschanel, but your description of the body lines and movement, and seeing Zooey tell a story made it crystal clear. You are so talented at tapping into these types and understanding how they work on different people.

kind of mischievous essence (I think Audrey Hepburn might be Dramatic tho, she has way more of the regal vibe, and also her bone structure). Another actress I can think of that might fit this essence/type is Rooney Mara
Cool! For reference, I'm pretty sure I'm a flamboyant gamine, and I'm typed as FiNe in Cognitive Type. Audrey Hepburn is typed as FiSe. Liza Minnelli is FiNe. Auburn (the creator of CT) tentatively typed Zooey Deschanel in a casual chat as probably SeFi or possibly FiSe, though she hasn't been officially typed by Kibbe, so it's possible she's not really a flamboyant gamine. In any case, these similarities are quite interesting :) I've also seen Amy Winehouse suggested as a possible FG, but she is likely SeTi in CT. Audrey Tautou is likely FiSe, and I often see her suggested as a gamine type. Based on these videos so far, I would say that it doesn't seem like there is a one to one correspondence between CT type and Kibbe type, but I do think there are correlations or relationships of some kind that seem to exist.

@Elise I don't really know for sure - I'm just now exploring this idea through these videos. There is a website called CognitiveType.com that types people based on their body language/mannerisms. They use the same cognitive functions that Jung did, but their definitions don't exactly correspond to MBTI, so an "INFP" in MBTI isn't necessarily the same as an FiNe in Cognitive Type. They have a database of people they've typed (cognitivetype.com/database/), so if you wanted to, you could look for any celeb whose Kibbe type you know to see if they're in the database. Unfortunately, from what I've seen so far, not a lot of Kibbe-verified celebs are in the CT database. There are a few though. And as a I mentioned in my comment above there are some people who the creator of CT has made casual guesses as to their type in a discord chat, but they're not officially in the database.
That’s so interesting. That’s kind of what I’ve thought about. Like.... evolutionary, I guess there is a point in showcasing what’s inside the brain on the outside to potential partners. Also, researchers have been able to identify traits as openness and agreeableness with different kinds of facial attributes. It makes sense.

This is amazing and definitely accurate! I’m starting to recognize the patterns. now whenever I see an interview of a celebrity I just mute the sound and stare and observe the body language lol. I also am curious if the essence of someone effects the way of expression? for example if a soft gamine has a romantic essence will it effect her expressions? or is this related more to the structure of the body and face?
i think it's all too intertwined to be separated on a body type/essence basis :)

Wow I commented on the other day that I was waiting for the gamine videos but didn't think we would get them so soon ahaha! I love this! I definitely see my mom in this and I already had a strong suspicion that she was FG. I'm still hesitating between FG and some type of N though. It can be so hard to see yourself accurately...it's definitely a journey :)
