    Even if no one is likely to be directly in the middle, isn’t each category a gradient? It still seems that someone could be not soft enough to be soft classic and not sharp enough to be dramatic classic. Same thing for naturals and gamines.

      That’s a great question many are still debating. I think it helps to remember that the Kibbe system is meant to give suggestions for how to approach fabric-body interactions and the end goal is to fine tune what works on the individual. Getting rid of the pure types emphasizes that need to fine tune one’s position on any family’s spectrum. Even two SC’s or DC’s will have very different versions of the most successful outfits :)

    I still feel confused about whether I’m a soft gamine or a soft classic. I’m 5’2”, so I lean towards gamine but these photos of Olivia look a lot like me.
