As you can tell I have a new toy to introduce you guys to. After searching all over I finally was able to get my hands on the Blackstone 36" Griddle ProSeries! I guess that is what I get for trying to buy one around Christmas. I spent hours looking, calling, and doing research. Finally I found one!
I can already tell that this is going to be the best griddle ever. It has the hood, storage, 4 burners, 756 Square Feet of cook space, and so much more! It is a beast. I am so excited to start using this thing.

I picked up the 30" culinary at lowes a week ago. Love this thing. It's large enough for our needs and so far I haven't felt like I needed more room. The hood works great for melting cheese.
Researching magnets right now to put on the inside of the side stands so my flipper will stick to the outside without the magnets showing. Thinking a few bar magnets should work well.
