    What i like about it is that he combines everything from holds, to slow eccentrics, to time under tension, to stretching, to high volume, and heavy ass weight ,im sure i have missed some more techniques, but you will still get people that will say he doesn't use heavy weights or some negative thing about his style. If they actually watched him long enough before making a comment they will see that he does every technique out there. What a legend, but in saying that this kind of training isn't for everyone.

      If you were on Milos insulin protocol like everyone he trains this is ideal to flush all the nutrients you possibly can into the muscles but otherwise the ordinary kid that's probably watching this video to go out and train all these giant sets would be way overboard and probably if anything detrimental in my opinion but that's just my opinion

      RoCCo CarmeLL super sick gym. It’s not too big and it’s not too small. The vibe is always legit too! Legit machines too.

    Not possible to do multiple supersets unless you own a huge gym and not long enough rest in between the next sets for a natural bodybuilder.I can’t see him doing this Avery third or 4th day

    For me this training would not be effective as my body gets the best results slow form with squeezing contractions and muscle rupturing stretches and time under tension not to say that these guys may prefer this way of training
