I used to break down my workouts to just one set of muscles per day, except Arm Day, it was both Biceps & Triceps like this. Loved the pump on my arms. Now, I pair Chest & Biceps, Back & Triceps, Legs, Shoulders...4 days per week workout. I find combining a "push/pull" in the same workout really allows me to work the arm muscles more effectively.
i like the moss wall, i also do pushdowns with the lat pulldown bar, i dont see a lot of guys doing underhand pushdowns like that. I do them but not sure how effective they are, feels kinda awkard sometimes, feels like it works a werid part of the tricep that is immune to growth

My arms just won’t grow at the age of 45
Try increasing volume on the arm exercises and doing higher reps.
It's kinda late for growth. Best you can hope for is being really fit. Unless you had big arms when you were younger
it's more about genetics than age. some people just can't grow any muscle.
