I mean if he used more of his chest it would be more challenging he curls his arms way to much which allows a lot of bicep to engage. Not saying this is not an impressive lift because of that but I just wonder why his coach doesn’t fix that.
.. Good to see that Milos recognizes that it is good to take a break from the same training approach .. I was beginning to think that he was obsessed with giant sets 24 /7 .. I mean the guy did at least a few straight sets .. The body will adapt, and predictably build up a tolerance to any stress that it is subjected to continously .. Giant sets are great, but got to break things up .. I think Milos has his trainees do way too many exercises in one workout though .. It is not necessary; no need to throw everything but the kitchen sink at a muscle every time .. Better to perform a different variety or exercises alternately for workouts A & B
Now that's flipping the script on the term Heavy Duty. Mike Mentzer would roll in his grave if he saw the name of his training methods being used to represent that kind of overtraining.
Sorry to hear about Matt Porter. 🙁 My condolences to his family and friends.
3:05 warm up...with the stack?!?!! 😮 That's crazy!!! 💪🏾💪🏾💪🏾

Great workout. I love Milos workouts
Watching this in December 2020 gyms closed in California 😔😔
What happened to Milos' gym Koloseum?
This is an awesome routine I'm going to try it out this week.
For this workout today, we are going to do every chest exercise in the gym and then some
I don’t like how milos always does giant sets, can you imagine everyone did this, the gym would be a zoo even more then it already is

Giants are great if you can block off an area of the gym for 20 m. I cant even get a superset in here in NYC lol.
Cant even do 315 and going 365 lol

А да није можда у нашега Рајка голема свирајка , па ти зато кажу да си леп?
Are those lips site enhanced
Don't do this if you're natty
None of Milos's trainee's make it far. The body cannot thrive with that kind of constant abuse.
Matt needs a set of wheels
