    Is there any rhyme or reason to the order of exercises? I train at home and have quite a bit of equipment but not as much as in the video so I could do maybe 3 exercises in a row and repeat. Also, would doing 1 set of 100 reps be similar?

    I am honestly,i not a giant set fun,only for my opinion this it’s a longest low intensity,maybe is good for vascular increases and maximum ripped but that’s not a high intensity,only pumping.

    I do not understand the mind set behind these giant sets.. What about the Dorian type sessions ? Heavy weight for 2 working sets 4-6 reps ? What is the point of this cardio exercise ? The form suffers due to exhaustion. I just don't get it.

    This guy is obviously a professional as for a beginner like me i would go slow on my tricep exercise to reduce pain of my elbow

      If you have pain in your elbows you might try warming them up really well first with really light weight. A lot of ppl just right into it with way too much weight

    A pro tip to the BioReigns company, please have a description on your product page with the actual ingredients of your limitless product. Not many people that are into fitness or biohacking that actually knows about supplements will ever buy a product that they dont know whats in it? Its kind of basic to have the ingredients listed for the product youre trying to convince me of spending my hard earned money on. Also your website loads really slow.

    Form was poor on some of the excersizes due to exhaustion of the muscle so for my personal preference it's all about slow movement keeping good form and constant time under tension
