    Awesome, thanks for sharing!! Always learn a thing or two from Milos' vids .. how about an abs workout next?? I've been doing pyramid sets on ab machine crunch starting at 80lb up to 155lb for 10 reps and endless rotations until I hit the 30 minute mark .. I also make every other "rotation" to be until failure.. been seeing great results but would be cool to see how the pros do it :)..

    Respect to anyone that Trains with Milos. I couldn’t keep up. I would have to be super tweaked out on some of Jay Pre workout; Legends stack. X10 scoops. 😂

    How much spotting is Milos gonna give him....like half the set everytime?why not lighten the weight and use no spot, proper form until failure🤔Just wondering

      my best guess is to force 'cheat reps' to bypass the weaker part but still hit the top of the movement with the heavy weight. If not the stronger muscle will never see any heavy weights, that's just my thoughts anyway

    Lower the weight. You can't do one rep without swinging entire body. No wonder your joints hurt

    That spotter allows him to make so many mistakes.
    Head dropping (no posture and allows traps to take over movement)
    Leaning back which causes momentum.
    Elbow alignment is off on presses.
    Negative part of the rep is free falling most times.
    Hopping on upright rows - looks like a jumping jack.

    I would be so pist if these ass clowns where doing this at my gym during my workout session. Using four benches and like 8 sets of dumbbells. They must of rented the gym for the afternoon.
