Just began jogging after a full ankle reconstruction surgery and was afraid I woukdnt be able to get back to full running. But Ash's stretches have me increasing my speed and have gone from 11 min miles to 9.5 in 3 weeks! I'm so grateful!

In my previous stints of running, I always ended up injured due to not properly taking care of my body post running. Nice relaxing stretch after a rainy, difficult run. I burst out laughing when you asked “how did your run feel?” And I blurted out “terrible!!” 😂
Oh no, was it one of those runs?! Sometimes it feels so annoying and stressful doesn't it. I had that yesterday with the stormy wind it nearly tripped me up twice it was that strong and I was actually growling like a grumpy old man at the big gusts 😂

ah, very nice. I found you in the midst of my 5k training with a couple of injuries, and a long history of pushing myself without post-workout stretch. In my 50s now, having a long standing meditation practice, I found your way of guiding kindly, clearly, with your love of the felt shifts in your body all quite inspiring. So now I'm a bit hooked on post run recovery as I feel the difference psychically and psychologically. At my age, your videos are another good way to honor, attune to and care for the body skillfully. Thanks
I love that you are so connected to your body and how you are needing to shift focus. I too have a history of pushing myself (and causing injuries and accidents from pushing too hard) I’ve learnt the hard way and now want to share my passion for giving our body and brain a little time to balance out the intensity of our everyday life and our runs/workouts. I had a bit more time today, I really enjoyed this longer deeper stretch. It especially felt good in my lower back (which I often feel tension, strain, sore). Thank you Ash for your wide range of videos, it makes running more enjoyable for me.

Long time no see Ash 😅...
Probably like 2 weeks ago i noticed, that my shoes are not properly designem for my foot 😂. I've been running for 7 months in supination shoes while my foot are overpronating... Im taking a break for maybe 3 months and i'm going to start from the beggining again, but with good shoes. I came here, because i've been climbing hills for the first time and my legs were sooo tight. As always, great stretching session, thank you Ash😊
So good to see you back!! That’s such an annoyance about your shoes. Try balance work too to strengthen your feet and ankles and help you get back to full fitness 👍🏻 I do have lots of walkers stretching with me too 😊
I always used to run but never stretched. But now that I am 60 I need this stretching very badly if I want to run. And I enjoy your long slow stretches instead of the usual fast few second stretches you usually see.

Needed to revisit this deeper stretch session tonight after having to squeeze in a pre on call weekend last run at lunchtime with no time for post run stretch , I was tightening up but this session has sorted me out and chilled me out , thanks Ash , top man 👍🏼

Thanks so much ash for the deep stretch video. Loved it. I would very much appreciate it if you could do a deep strech video for knees. Also, if there is a possibility to do a video for streching before going to sleep in the night so as to sleep better and run better in the morning. Thanks.

I just did my first 5k attempt and it was sub30mins and I'm so pleased but i definitely felt it afterwards! Felt the stiffness and achyness settling in. So I really needed this deep stretch, thank you for the video 😊
