I'm using your videos for pre- and post-run stretching cause I really wanna do this the right way (especially since I'm quite heavy, I wanna be careful with my muscles and joints). This morning under a quilted Iowa sky I ran with my buddies along the thirsty banks of the Mighty Mississippi River to realize my twice-failed-before-goal of hitting 100 miles in the month of October. After every single run this month I have watched one of your videos and followed along with my own less-stretchy body. I noticed I have become more flexible and I have also noticed that I feel less beat up on longer run days after hanging out with digital you for just 10 minutes (or the longer ones too when I felt inspired to settle in for a long stretch). Thank you for sharing what you know and thank you for helping me to reach my goal. I have shared your channel with my running friends. I plan to keep running regularly and start some weight training too. Maybe you will have some post-weights stretching videos for me to enjoy in the same way I have enjoyed your post-running sessions.
