He never talked about Kashmir King's Hari Singh agreement of accession to India in 1947 which made Kashmir legally part of India as the King was the custodian of its people and not the other way around . This move really pissed off Pakistan who started invading with their "tribals" who actually were mostly Pakistan Army just like the lies they did in Kargil war which backfired . Article 370 is none of Pakistan's problem and simply causing itself embarrassment by running to UNSC and wasting everyone's time . Mufti and Omar were thinking they will forever sleep on the bed with 370 and drink margaritas. Taking money from both India and Pakistan and backstab India. Now deal with it. Pakistan should look into their own problems. Kashmir is not your matter to think or feel for the people . Go take care of other regions which needs attention. Latest Indian decree does not have any impact on Pakistan's principled stance on Kashmir. Pakistan has always maintained that Jammu & Kashmir is a disputed territory and it's fate is to be decided by plebiscite as per relevant UN resolutions.
The only difference this decree brings in is that it nullifies the Simla Agreement as India has breached it by unilaterally changing the situation. So now LOC is no more and legally we go back to CFL as accepted in Karachi Agreement of 1949. Therefore, let's get ready to fight for our right...

This is an excellent time for Pakistan to reset its relations with India , and as a result , with the rest of the world. Does Pakistan have the vision and foresight to say ' Let's forget Kashmir and Move on' . Just imagine with just one stroke they will be able to normalise their relations with India . And , I am sure , India will feel obliged to reciprocate . That will help in finding solutions to Siachen , Pakistan's water crisis , economic issues. In the long run this would be a win - win situation for both . On the contrary , if Pakistan decides to up the ante - what can it really do ? Is it willing to go to war ? They don't even have the ammunition to last for more than couple of weeks . The world will not go against India, try as they might . But acceptance of this new reality ( reconciliation with J&K's changed status ) will take away many of their problems . Good relations with India will go a long way and getting rid of their problems with FATF and IMF.
I think the best solution for kashmir is to snatch Pakistan and indian administered kashmir and make it another independent country

I was in mumbai for study, when the situation starts, the institution convinced us to left the university for some time, because extremist will kill you. I can't say all indians are extremist but we can't live like slave. We want freedom. Ok I went to Delhi . At mumbai I decided that I will go to my homeland if I will die so I will be in my Kashmir. But when I reached Delhi the situation was changed , there was a curfew in Kashmir. Now you say what should we do? Then I and my kashmiri friends went to Punjab to live in our sardar friend house. Only Sikhs , Muslims and Pakistani understand our slavery situation. That's all we want freedom. Even our sikh brother support us.
@@watchmovies6088 I am not an Indian ( I am an outsider) but you are. Kashmir is a territory of India for the thousands years. You use Indian passport and you elect for Indian parliament. I have suggested as a human fellow. I don't like violence. BJP is very new party as I know and came to power just few years back. But violence is always in the valley. In my opinion BJP is doing very well. If you think that by violence or cleansing the pandits and other tribals you will be happy and free, forget that. I just suggest you. If you continue to do violence, you will get nothing but only death by Indian army. In India, there are many violent groups like Maoists, Eastern tribals, Tamil tigers but all have one destiny that is death. If you want to change then do politics like a politics. In this age, terrorism has no meaning.
