    I bring Sarah back for a Full Body Dumbbell Workout. This whole workout consists of 2 different circuits that are to be performed 2x each. This video is only the first circuit.
    CIRCUIT 1:
    2 Rounds
    - Standing Shoulder Press = 12 reps
    - Curtsy to Hammer Curl + Press = 10 reps/side
    - Renegade Row to Plank Jack = 10 reps
    - Alternating Lateral Lunge + Front Raise = 20 reps
