Thanks for working out with Earth & Owl! 🌎❤️
Love your workouts! No dead space between songs would make it top notch!
Do you know how to take dead space out? I make a playlist that plays the songs back to back. Sometimes it's not dead space so much as a quiet fading out that is part of the song itself. I'm all ears if you know how to remove the slight pause between songs. Thanks!
Absolutely LOVING these Menopause/Perimenopause workouts! Hope to see many more of them!!! 😃
Yay! More to come!
I love these!!! Keep them coming! 😍

Yes! Thank you!
What a vibe I love it 🤘 ❤❤❤
Thank you!!
Great session. Short and powerful. Liked the music not distracting and could concentrate since the rebounder is an unstable surface and clumsy here. 😂
Worked hard and sweat a lot in a short time. Motivating. Good stuff. Thanks!! 👋🇨🇦💕🏃🏼♀️💪💕
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching! More like it on my channel.

Thanks!
Just completed this for the first time and found it challenging but able to keep up. Thank you pointing me in this direction and making it such fun. Here’s my hi five 👋 😊❤
Absolutely! Glad you enjoyed it!
7th day of rebounding. This was just what I was looking for. A program with higher intensity than beginner programs but with beginner moves as I don't have the balance, flexibility or coordination for more complicated moves.
Great! More of this style here: th-cam.com/play/PLLAFfYE-X47EzHAItruEVGk7S7X_vADLT.html
Thank you. I'll check them out. I wish I'd known rebounding existed years ago instead of spending money on other fitness equipment I ended up not using for various reasons. I found rebounding by chance when searching for step bench workouts. Any experience with cats and trampolines? Will they scratch it if I don't hide it when not in use?
@ I have 2 cats. They don’t bother mine. 🙂
Thank you. Would be a lot easier to lean it against something in the living room than carry it through doors to the other end of the house. But fitness mats, rugs and the sofa are preferred over the cat tree for scratching.
Mantab ini....menginspirasi sekali
Thank you!!
Thank you for this. I’m menopausal, and new to rebounding. How many times a day/week should one do these to be effective?
Hi there! If you're sticking with these 10-12 minute menopause videos, I'd aim for 5-6 days a week.
I have a question, I’m 75 and over weight. I’ve bought a rebounder to help wit balance and strength as well as weight lost. I only can do small jumping and walking without leaving the pad. Is this still beneficial.
Absolutely! Very beneficial! This is a challenging workout to start with. You might visit some of the more beginner friendly workouts on my channel. Reach out if you have any questions. Thanks for watching!
@@EarthOwl yes I’ve only watch beginner video just went to you latest to make sure you saw my question. Thanks
What to eat or drink before rebounding seniors unfitt
I would imagine that it's best to jump on an empty stomach.
Some people eat a light snack and others prefer an empty stomach. I usually eat a banana or something along those lines.
Found this one boring only alternating between 2 moves.
The workout title is "Basic Hiit" and it even says (Jog/Sprint) in the title. The goal here is to get you to 80-90% of your max heart rate. Sprinting is a great way to do that. Sometimes the most effective workouts are not necessarily the most entertaining. I'd suggest visiting one of my choreography playlists if you want dynamic transitions and lots of different moves.
Loved it! Thank you
Glad you enjoyed it! Thanks for watching!
