It's their decision actually based on their requirement they would tell either to resign, or send a termination letter if they don't feel they need you, if in pip performance is good, then they might take you back but that's not sure. Better to be prepared before itself for interviews

As far as I know you can resign in pip, the process would be normal to everyone after putting resignation but please check with other folks too if any idea

I have my Accenture (4.5lpa) joining on 24th july and my tcs digital(7lpa) interview results are not declared yet. Will tcs accept me if i resign Accenture and come to tcs?
I am also in a similar situation as you, I have accenture(4.5 lpa) doj on 21 august and my tcs results are not released yet( my interview went well for digital role). Let me know if you came to any conclusion.

If in audit it's failed they would deduct that amount in next month salary if they have already paid to you, if they dint pay you, then you won't receive that amount

If they told that it's mandatory to attend office then you need to attend office, if they told if you are available on teams for project interviews or work from home kind of them no need to attend. Once please speak to HR if not getting projects
