Why is there so much discrimination on leaves for each city? Its unfair for those employees from cities who have less leaves
Not sure. Might be whichever city there are more vacancies they would have allotted more leaves to those places, so that employees would get into those location project

That vary actually, because per one earned leave it might be 1k to 2k.... So on based on your salary I hope how many earned leaves left that year before resigned multiply by amount each earned leave cost, don't worry you will get amount updated in FFS letter

Suppose I have 15 earned leave so may I consumed all these leave for 15 days continuously. Will they approve or not?
No, for continuous leave first of all you need to take permission from manager or POC if they approve then only you can consume

hi, I am from on-campus accenture candidate. I have selected and received offer-letter on April 5th still i did not receive doj.when could I expect doj?
note: I had selected Banglore as a first preference location
Hi it's really late you should have received a DOJ till now. Please raise the ticket until they respond please ask when they could send the DOJ to you. They don't respond immediately please try to raise frequently and if any mail id or contact is there you can put mail or contact them

Earned leaves would be carry forwarded mostly but it depends based on location.

One more doubt if you can please check that for west bengal sick & wellness leave also carry forwarded I have seen in leave policies but it is also mention there "At the end of the fiscal year, 56 working days of Sick & Wellness Leave can be carried forward at half-pay".
So does it mean sick leave for west Bengal is also can be encased..?

As far as I know it is unpaid leave, but for confirmation you could check with HR
