Yes but you need to be careful whether you are hardlocking into the right project

Actually started working at Accenture last month.
They have Hard-locked me into the project without attending any interviews.(but somewhat different technology) However, I'm not receiving any project updates.
What I have to do is these case?
Please ask the HR or POC to arrange KT on the current project.
I have got selected for application developer in Accenture company and approved my task in September 26 till now no update regarding offer letter or document submission can u please tell me how many days it will take its already 7 months
It's too late, they will call only when they require, try to apply for other companies. You can't expect updates on time from them🥺
How do we know whether we are in project code or bench code...its not reflecting in our profile.

What is meant by furure hardlock ,iam in training now can i reject it?
Once check with the project lead, what tech stack they have in their project, so that if you like the tech stack and team, you can work. Otherwise you can confirm them you wouldn't like to join that project

I am hard locked to manual testing but i am not interested to that i have stream training on other technology what can I do
Few others also facing same issue, even they spoke with manager they din't get release it seems, once try speaking with your HR
If I got soft locked into a project and second project can not soft lock me, instead they can challenged the current soft lock.
And it's not upto u to select a prefered one
Its your turn you could tell them you don't want to join, if you don't like tech stack.
What if we fail to clear the interview when we are hard locked to the project ? Will they allocate with in the account in any other support project or do we find any other projects ?
Once your are hardlocked they will give project within that account, until they release you, once they release you then only you will get other project
What is Smart Future Hardlock ?
They would like to hard Lock you on some particular date in future. like if someone getting released on particular date, they want to hardlock you that date or prior one week

Hi Savipa, In accenture, what is SR number generation when a candidate is selected for internal movement. It means that the candidate is confirmed for the internal movement and is going to get the offer letter, any idea on that?

If the requirement is really high they would take. For your roll you have answered well enough they feel, they would take into their project

ATCI On-Job Shadow < 6 months and ATCI On-Job Shadow > 6 months, what exactly is this duration am i on bench or what ??
Not sure exactly what it is. Shadow period is time to learn from your mentor once you join a new project in accenture

I got shadow hardlocked automatically, I was having conversation with another manager, but central team hardlocked me directly. Can I shift to another project after shadow period.
Once try to speak with hard locked project manager or POC, try to tell them the reasons for which you want to move to other project they could release you

You need to speak with your HR on this. Once call HR in teams and discuss

So i got shadow hard lock mail, and the duration for shadow hard lock is 16 may. After that duration there is any possibility they will release me from the project? Or is it. Final for me that i will stay in this project??
Shadow hardlock means you are about to get KT from the person who is leaving and you are replacing that person in the project you have that time till may16 after that yourself need to do work of the person who left

You can ask, but to get released from your manager is not an easy task. They will ask you reason. Mostly whatever reason you tell also they will convince you. In which type of project you want to move, before itself try to learn that technology and be ready for further interviews. Once you are asking for a rolloff please ask them politely because they will point out everything
