Now 4 weeks concluding on 30th and my lead after failing me tells me he will give another chance to make me move to another project. They have no people to handle my position as the new guy will complete his training in January. Is not the lead lying me to cover the days until that guy completes the training. What should i do. If i fail in PIP do they ask me to resign the sam day or i get to serve notice period and do they give severance pay .?
Do they mention termination in the experience letter?
