    I just found out your channel Sid. The fact that not already above a million subscribers is just beyond me.
    Such great details and quality that you manage to put into your videos is so awesome.

    I really missed your videos! They always have good quality and you never fail to give good advices. What’s more, it looks like you even improved not only on your gymnastics skills but your editing skills too! Keep improving, hope to see you more often!

      They should be coming more frequently soon! I have probably improved more on the video shooting/editing side haha... I have been more focused on work than training the last year! 😅

    need really good hamstring flexibility to do this. I've been working at it for a while. I have to force my legs to get to a 90 degree split keeping straight knees. upside down i'm lucky if they get to a 45 degree split.

    Abs workout or drills for handstand, perhaps flexibility drills for straddle and Pike. Thank you so much for for sharing your knowledge and experience Sid.

    Should one start gripping with the finger tips right before kicking up or once when in l shape after the kick up? I hope my question makes sense

    • @sidpaulson1
      @sidpaulson1  3 ปีที่แล้ว

      I always do it prior to the kick up, anticipating when I need to press the fingers down!

    when i kick i lose my ppt, my lower back archs a bit and give me slight pike and i dont balance it im just slowly falling forward with hips (smth like im falling into a planche but piked). Now i kickup and squeeze my butt as soon as i can and then its fine, but id like to do it without *squeezing my butt*. Do u have any tips?

      @@sidpaulson1 Dont worry bro. Its way more better to have videos will more quality but less often than videos weekly but with less quality.
