    Iodine is the only supplement that I notice an immediate improvement after I take it... and I have probably tried every vitamin/supplement on the market so that is saying a lot, lol. Within minutes I have more energy. When I take iron it actually makes me tired, it's so weird.

    Will you make a general overall video of your 3 programs and when or which program a person should consider using?

    I just purchased 1# of Iodized Table Salt, $0.49, in a Plastic Airtight Container.
    They no longer sell the salt in the traditional container with the flip up metal spout at Aldi.
    1/4 teaspoon is 45% of the RDA for Iodine.
    You need to eat 1.5 -2 teaspoons of salt each day.
    So you will be getting plenty of Iodine if you eat meals prepared at home.
    There is no Iodine in the Salt in prepared or restaurant food by law.

    The RDA of 150 mcg does not include the bodies overall need. It has been officially set at 1100 mcg which is safe for most people. But it is hard to determine individually . But if you are getting the co factors and salt loading for higher than RDA dose you'll be right as rain.

    Which kelp tablets or capsules would you recommend Dr. Davis? Do you have a favorite brand?

    In undoctored, you state 500-1,000 mcg vs the 340-500mcg. Why the change?

    • @WilliamDavisMD
      @WilliamDavisMD  5 ปีที่แล้ว +7

      Just a mild ratcheting back. The range is actually quite wide and imprecise. There is no harm at 1000 mcg, but neither is there any incremental benefit.

      William Davis how much for kids? My daughter is over 4 1/2. I can’t find anything accurate on this. I have iodine drops but I’m scared to over do it with my daughter so I haven’t started yet

    Never use the Sea Salt or Himalayan salt alone. Mix it with iodized store salt. Nori roasted seaweed gives you some iodine

    What if we eat a ton of seafood?

      Unfortunately, in this day and age, it invites mercury exposure, a very real phenomenon, Diane.

      William Davis Thank you for your response. I’m glad I’m old because seafood is the bulk of my diet. Too late to die young!

    Hi Doctor Davis. They say you shouldn't take Iodine if you already have some level of hypothyroidism as this can aggravate your condition and damage the thyroid even more. Is this true?
