Very much depends on the individual, some will stay Undetectable others with have an increase in viral load. You could always measure the viral load on restarting the ART. Should remeasure the viral load 1 month after restarting ART regardless. I hope this is useful
Hi sir when i was i have multiple sex partners and they are not adults. When my age 9 yrs and all sex partners my neighbour frnds . we just think its just a game we don't know about the meaning of sex . So it can be possible i have sti or std . I have vaginal discharge with no after periods . I tested hsv, hiv, hepatitis a and b , syphilis. All the time my vaginal infection back i have comple my antibiotics. Should I need gonorrhea, chlamydia any other tests. Please reply sir .
I'd advise to get tested for Chlamydia and gonorrhoea to rule it out. If the discharge smells fishy then could be BV, this isn't an infection more of an imbalance.

The virus is probably non viable from about an hour. If in contact with the air it dies quicker. If kept at body temperature maybe longer.
