I got subpoenaed by the district Attorneys Office. I testify against him. I felt I was betraying him because I always told him I would have his back. But I still knew it was time to tell the truth. I don't think his public defender told him I was subpoenaed. I know the public defender was told. My ex narc looked at me with surprise. I wasn't looking at him directly until they ask was my abuser in the court room and who is he to me. He was staring at me with dead or the evil eyes. Was he angry or thinking revenge? He took a plea and the judge put a 3 year protective order on me. The day he got out he violated because he contacted me. I hung up on him. He continue calling demanding me to pick him up. I wouldn't. Then 2 weeks later he left and got a bus ticket and went back to his mom where ever she is at. So now he has 2 warrants we're I live and one where we both r from. Both felonies and it's domestic violence me being the victim. Now if he gets caught he's looking at prison, but it's not my fault nor my problem. I do wonder if he was angry or just planning revenge on me. Because I am sure that he thinks I betrayed him

Then called my family acting like I was abusing him!!! 🤯 He did me a favor by doing that--they drove hours to come get me. When my parents saw all bruises on me including his hand/finger prints on both my arms I didn’t have to say a word. He’s been sending essays. Haven’t read them but am keeping them just in case. 4 within the last 24 hours. Now he’s sending them to my parents & children. I’m so exhausted.

@@coffeegirl6854 Thanks for your reply. I will agree, the narc knows what they are doing, while they are doing it. I believe that narciscism is a form of mental illness. My observation of my narc wife pertaining to our relationship shows me that she uses her narc skill to manipulate and control with negativity. She doesnt seem to be in control of herself while doing so, but rather seems to feel the need to control the narrative by skirting the issue or changing the subject slightly to frustrate me into submission , showing her strength so to speak, with irrational and unreasonable thinking, attempting to cause me to go into defence mode. And since I care about her and our relationship, I fall for it and become very frustrated and heated arguments and debates ensue. I dont back down, never did. As a last ditch effort to get her to understand she does not have to act or react in this way with me , for the last six months I have been calling her out on her behaviour, on her lack of comunication skills, on her unwillingness to agree to disagree ,etc. etc. All that I have accomplished is that she has distanced herself even further from having an intimate relation with me. Yes, on one hand she may see the logic in what I,m doing and it has slowed her negativity somewhat, but , I think her behaviour was conditioned at an early age by her abusive narc mother and later by 4 failed marriages, one of which, her husband killed her pet cat, cooked it and fed it to her . Afterwards, he told her what she had eaten. I still believe that I am paying for all the wrong that others have inflicted on her in her life. She cant let go of the past pain and negativity she has endurred. At 62, it may be too late for that to occur. . This is why I say that narcs dont know what they are doing, not only to themselves but to others . They have been conditioned to think and act in a certain way but they dont realize that this is what has happened to them. They actually believe that their behaviour is normal socially acceptable behaviour. I,ve been involved with her and her problems for 13 years, I,m not a scholar or a pschycoligist, just a critical thinker that can see what her narc behaviour has done to us, and she does not. As a matter of fact, she thinks my beliefs pursuant to her behaviour and how it affects us is absurd and unfounded. My closest friend asked me, did you ever concider that she just doesnt like you ?, I replied, yes so why does she stay with me?. He said, because she,s a survivor. He,s right. She feeds off of me for her sustainability, biting the hand that feeds her . She doesnt have to feel that way, but she just dont get it. Therefore, I still say, a narc doesnt know what they are doing.

I don't wish them any harm of course but I really wish they'd just get the hell out of here. They've been abusive in public more and more and the community is noticing and they will have to move and take on a new alias yet again. A few things I noticed about the narcissist is that they work in patterns, do the same things, say the same things and carry out the same actions. Once the revolution is complete, they go back to the beginning and start again.
One more thing to remember - narcissist accusations are confessions of their own actions.

ARE THESE REAL? oh yes my friend. and i also have audio which both her and i knew is recorded to server history. Just filed today. He wants everything. Our house, property, alimony, health insurance, wants me to pay for the mortgage and he keeps the house. No! I’ve supported us for 6 years. He isolated me, told lies about me and made me look like the bad person. I have been diagnosed with PTSD, but no wonder. I’ve also been diagnosed as an empath, so. Mine is covert. He acts like a 5 year old when he’s confronted with the truth. Not necessarily with other people. The people who know him best from childhood know that he has a temper. Often many abuses that fall under the definition of abuse for a DVO are behaviours that are so normalised for women, they don't consider them to be abusive. If you have been abusing your husband by using those behaviours then you can expect him to respond in kind.

It is amazingly easy for me to panic a narcissist. As soon as I detect the person that is communicating with me to be a narcissist, I leave. I could be in mid sentence or the other person could be in mid sentence. I will immediately leave the presence of the narcissist, giving no reason for leaving. Aside from leaving with no explanation, I will never communicate with the narcissist again. There will be no further interaction with that person, ever again. Should I have a friend that becomes a narcissist, I shall delete that person from my life as if I never know that person. Narcissists deserve no communication, no friends, no companionship at all, not even from a pet. They are subhuman pests, no different from tics, leeches, chiggers, pin worms, tape worms, hook worms, candiru (penis fish), lawyers, and politicians.

@@ruthslater6364 Both male and female seem to drastically change upon becoming spouses. They no longer put the other first. They are cruel to each other and resent each other. After witnessing this many times, even in just boyfriend / girlfriend, relationships that have lasted 10 months, or more. I opted to cease all attempts at finding a girlfriend 8 August 2000 at 18:34. I require no cruelty, liars, users, hypocrites, fakes, nor manipulators in my existence. Thus, I require no spouse, girlfriend, friend, acquaintances. I learned a painful lesson. I will function in life alone to maximize the chances of never having to go through what I did with my last, "friends," and girlfriend. It is not even worth it to find friend or a girlfriend. If you are heterosexual female, you will find that the same is true with a spouse, boyfriend, "friends," acquaintances. Human companionship is not the beneficial institution it used to be 25 years ago. Just isolate and enjoy life much better.

I’m gonna be honest, the separating yourself from narcissists, I understand.
But that dehumanizing language isn’t productive. The truth of the matter is, these people were hurt somehow, and they hurt people. That doesn’t justify their actions, and they should definitely be held accountable, but your lack of empathy towards them is still… troubling.
Your pain was a result of their lack of empathy. You can create boundaries and separate yourself from them, and still apply empathy.
As someone who is just come to terms with what I’ve been dealing with, for the last six years was a relationship with a narcissist, and the aftermath/CPTSD as a result.
The revelation that my ex was a narcissist led me to realize there are other people in my life who have varying degrees of these tendencies and both of my parents are included in that. The realization of this with my parents came from a terrible interaction with my father where I watched him use the tactics my ex used to use against me to deflect from how he had hurt me.
We are all conditioned by our environments when we were young, and I understand completely how my ex ended up the way she is. I understand that my parents, narcissism and treatment of me conditioned me for the paradigm, just as her parents conditioned her with their lack of attention, and constantly dropping her on her grandparents.
It must’ve sucked. And the narcissistic personality is constructed around that as a defense mechanism. They’re sad, hurt people. And that at least, I understand.

My wife is the same way, 13 years now, 12 of which I try to convince her that she can be happy with me if she wants, I,m out of options, feeling that I caused her problems, her abusive mother and her prior 4 husbands are also people she likes to blame . I finally started to feel insane and will not comply anymore. Sadly, what gives me support is explaining this to those that she has convinced Im a monster. They agree with me, it,s her problem, mine only if I allow it to be. Being 66 and in poor health seems to constitute a life sentence of trying to remain sane and out of trouble, neglected, targeted, and miserable. Shes actually sucking the life out of me. Ironically, she knows she depends on me for her everything , Everything to sustain her physical life, and if I leave her, she will continue her behaviour pattern and feed off another unsuspecting provider. I must do what she does, stop caring.

Tell her to just chillax and say something or call if you're held up. Life happens and sometimes we take on too much, that's no lie. Lol. Depending on your situation of course. My sibling poisoned me, is wealthy, manipulative, super covert, super deuchebag, super disappointment. He believes he's superman. He's a psycho bully. Yeah lol. That's happening to me now. I placed boundaries on interactions and as a group we have to get together and talk about any issues anyone is having. They can't just corner me and harass me five times a day. They were attempting to gaslight and they were baiting me multiple times a day about the things the other people in the group were doing. In this way I hope to hold off the queen narcs ability to orchestrate the tactics, because I think she has my uncle in thrall, and I'm trying to wake him up.. What's sick is I noticed all of this because one of them took their dog to have diarrhea right where I sit outside with my new puppy that I asked them to be careful of because he's still shy of being fully vaccinated. She took her dog right to where my chair is outside and where my dog has been playing Fucking psychopath bitches...
Fucking absurd and I'm ashamed I'm stuck here for now. They can call me whatever they want as long as they just stop harassing, sabotaging, and gaslighting. So disgusting how jealous they are of everything and it's insane that these kinds of people exist. But they do...

There is always a way to expose a narcissist, whittle away at the flying monkeys, find them make a list, one will slip up eventually and there you go. Bide your time be patient, note everything, write it down on paper too. Everyone has a tipping point including that narcissist.

Thank you Rebecca I've always liked your advice because I've found so many people out in the past. I'm not really having trouble with an ex partner though rather toxic, rude and impulsive people. Alot of them break the law. Every time they've narked themselves into the law, get busted and they just constantly lie through their teeth. So thank you again for an informative video Becky ❤

Omg, this is exactly how it happened with my family members. My parents would intimidate me every single time, especially financially. They would make me feel as if I was disabled and that without them I’ll be nothing. My sister would be the golden child, very abusive. She would always bully me and diminish me. But the day I decided to say no and push back from all of their toxicity, I became the “bad” person. Narcissists don’t like when you push back and they can’t control you anymore.

Yes. I did 4 and 5 and they won't let me at the house. This is my son's girlfriend and they live together, it keeps me from seeing my son and grandchildren. He doesn't wanna deal with it so I couldn't go to the football practice since she was there. It's killing me because he doesn't see what she is. Even if he does, he has to live with it. I live with one and married for 20 years.

OMG I'm so grateful I found you!!! I've been out of Narcissist relationship for over a year and trying to educate and heal from a lifetime of this stuff. I had no awareness about narcissist people by name but turns out my life was full of them starting with my mother!!! It's so crazy they all have the same patterns of behavior. Still learning ❤❤❤

My narcissist husband says I just want to fight when I try to talk to him about spending all our money on crack cocaine and wine instead of paying the bills. We had another big blow out about it and as usual he accused me of trying to run his life. He's ruining mine. So he sat down beside me and in a calm voice that implied that I was the ptoblem, said that he just couldn't take it anymore. UNBELIEVABLE! He wasn't talking about the drugs; what he "can't take anymore," are the everyday arguments and reminders of all the legal consequences and financial bind for which I too must suffer because of his choices. Trying to hold him accountable or save him from himself is much wasted energy and I am plumb pooped. I have no choice left but to save myself.

Your first clue to get yourself to safety is "crack cocaine."

If you bring up things the covert is doing wrong, they will just go quiet, stare into space like time has stopped, until you stop, then they will punish you any way they can, sublinily, like not talking, not listening, dragging there feet, start to feel unwell, purposely not helping you and usually find something to be angry about to show aggression as a threat to you of what they would do to you if you persist. Just dont bring up there faults for your own sanity and get away.

@lindasue1955 if someone is treating you that badly, there comes a point when you have to stop blaming their behavior and blame yourself for sticking around. the 1st giveaway was the crack and alcohol.

@carparthero I took my marriage vows seriously, which means that I didn't run at the first, second, or even third sign of trouble. But you must have ignored the part where I said it was now time to save myself.
