Because the judges usually try to rush litigants, the process is not fair. The frustrated judge, the pride, ego, beats down the innocent usually. The fast talker usually can manipulate the case..

My girls rely on me and I have been their sole caretaker and now my ex thinks he deserves one week on one week off. The time he did have to spend with them, HE NEVER WANTED IT. He always prioritized his fun life over spending time with the girls. I really hope things are different this second go round

My lawyers want me to let my narcassist lie about me because the lies he is telling is irrelevant to my case BUT I am talking with them about why its important that I confront and correct his lies. I've been abused for 20 years and have been lied on and lied about relentlessly. I never had the strength to stand up for myself and now that I do, I cannot allow him to continue tarnishing my name or painting me out to be the the type of person he is. Even though I feel its obvious to the courts he is unstable, I still find it important (for my health and well-being) that I use my voice. I haven't had a voice in so long and now that I've found it, I feel an urgency to set the record straight and hold him accountable for his behavior and his lies. He is a monster and I am scared of him, but I won't let him take me out without standing up for myself first.

Focus on the facts, judges don't care about hurt feelings. Get evidence to prove the lies are lies, there won't actually be evidence for most things they have lied about but there will be for some. Also put together a timeline of events you might find some interesting things pop up as I did.

I can't deal with these creatures anymore. I have decided not to care so much about what others think so much. The truth about them will hopefully come out eventually when they expose themselves as vindictive. Wishing you all the luck! Prayers!

I used your tactics of presenting undeniable facts of the narc's behaviour in court to get an Apprehended Violence Order (AVO in Australia). My neighbour could not deny his actions as we used security video that he didn't realise we had. It was legally recorded.. The judge totally berated him. He called him a liar, a bully, aggressive and juvenile. He said his actions were appalling. It took 12 years but it was worth it. That was a week ago. Nice life! Should be about healing not court because it benifits other's or dosen't because they lie! Wow I have a house and people have taken over time and time again and I have delt with it!!!! Did anyone ever have kind and intelligent thought that maybe some people are discusted by these languages or lack of because they affect the quality of life and don't care for court room talk such as "appeal" "crown" this and that because they want a life of value and are beyond fed up with the abuses that have stuck around from the damage caused? This isn't to be rude, infact it is to level with minds that understand and possibly want more than pretending to please other's on a language they might not have of liked at one time until they where sucked into the sick arena of hero's that has solved nothing on the streets and within people's house's and yet we all have the answer's

I just filed for vocational assessment, custody study, psych rescore, b/c spouse is not providing child support, is violating parenting time orders (withholding the children), is withholding information, does not reply to messages in the parenting app, and is not complying with discovery. I sure hope the judge doesn't view it as me weaponizing the court. I can't go to mediation because narcissistic spouse won't produce the information needed to mediate.

Dealing with a narcissist trying to sue me for outrageous allegations and accusations.
Leading into discrimination defamation of character and tort. Cam not find a lawyer who deals with all of those playing fields, so I have spent the last 4 months, brushing up on laws in my states going pro se. Also watching every video I can watch about conquering a narcissist in court.
I feel fairly confident about my stance in court, yet, it is up to the judge. Wording, holding it together, and I truly believe that her colors will shine bright, and the judge will be disgusted by her behaviour.

I have a huge issue with a Narcissist filing for an "Anti Harassment" Order in the state of Washington and I HAVE NEVER BEEN To that state, i live in the State of Indiana!!
THE BIGGEST ISSUE by Far is that I was DELIBERATELY DENIED the right to DUE PROCESS OF LAW!!
This essentially makes the proceedings EX-PARTE’!!!
Ex parte orders are only valid for 14 Days!!
The judges have FLAT OUT REFUSED to give me Any form of DUE PROCESS RIGHTS and the OPPORTUNITY TO BE HEARD!! This is not only a Complete Kangaroo court, but it is OUT AND OUT FRAUD and there is something SERIOUSLY AMISS with the entire case and THIS is A FACT!!
ALL OF my DOCUMENTS/Pleadings have gone Totally ignored or essentially dismissed OUTRIGHT by the JudgeS in the Matter Despite the fact that i have raised a number of serious Legal issues in my Motions/Pleadings.
NO Judge, in his or her RIGHT MIND Is Going to believe that a man who has a HISTORY OF VIOLENCE AGAINST WOMEN Needs to be “Protected” from a woman some 2,000 miles away, it is ABSOLUTELY LUDICROUS!!
There WERE NO THREATS Articulated against the Plaintiff/Petitioner under the RCW Definiton of Harassment!!
PLEASE HELP!! I DO NOT have the money for an Attorney but i have Studied law and this is Absolutely Insane!!
This man has even filed False Police reports no less than 2 weeks after the Order was "Granted" and demanded that i be arrested and extradited to the State of Washington to face charges for violating an order that HAS NOT EVEN BEEN SERVED on me!!
    Thank you
    Shalom

My 15yo son and I have filed against my ex (of 7y!) for ☠️ threats he made in front of both of our children (13-15).
He’s f#cked and I’m glad he is. Will he dare to say our sons are both lying? I can’t wait to see how he’ll play it this time, as the law in my country is pretty firm about those threats and doesn’t let pple off the hook with bs like “I didn’t really mean it” or “but I didn’t do anything” (physically), but I’m SURE he will not plead guilty and take a deal.
After *everything* he’s done, it’s finally criminal, and I won’t let this one go.

31:29 Why are you getting offended when the client that hires you asks you questions? Because any decisions and choices that are made are the client's choice. The lawyer is supposed to explain and talk things out with the client. Not just say "well I have been doing this for 20 years, so I know best." it's condescending. And if you don't know something, you ask. If you are swamped with work them don't take on so much work that you can't handle. Because nobody cares about your feelings if you're hired to do a job, we expect you to do your job.

Those toxic a-holes do stalk us to snoop & intimidate. My ex boss that I took to small claims court in an attempt to get my final last 2 months wages drives up my street for seemingly no other reason than to stalk & intimidate me since I live in a dead end street.

Documenting is important. My narc comes into my room and steals things. I have to carry my prescriptions with me and keep my puse by my head when I sleep. He took my w-2 and threw it in the garbage. I’m going to get a copy so I can file taxes for two years, one as a non working person. Any money that comes from my w-2 is going into two savings accounts. One for my daughter and mine. It’s going to be how I can get a car and an apartment. That’s why he did it. He knows I’m over it. He’s 78, has health issues, and I have to call the hospital. His own people don’t show up to see him. 😂Six weeks ago, he screamed at me called me everything but a white woman, and 40 minutes later his sugar was over 500 and he was half dead with seizures. I made the emergency call. Two days after he got out of the hospital he broke into my room, and left his phone. He’s done that twice in a three week period. I don’t feel the need to return things left at the scene of the crime by the perpetrator. The police don’t return evidence. Let him freak. I asked him where he was maybe that he shouldn’t have been and left his phone? He didn’t admit stealing my w-2. Said he might have lost it in the yard. He doesn’t get the phone back.
I guess he expected me to go look for it. I told him he needed to retrace his steps and look for it. I walked away.
I can’t wait to walk away for good. This is the most horrible person I’ve ever been around and I’m trapped. He keeps me like a prisoner; times my drives or store shopping time at Winn Dixie. 🤢

So I won full custody of my kids a year ago. The judge labeled my ex as a master manipulator and a terrible human being. My case just closed this week and my ex keeps threatening to take me back to court blah blah. I'm really good at ignoring her but she still continúes to turn my 13 year old autistic daughter against me and says stuff like you can choose who you want to stay with and it causes conflict when it's time for me to pick them up. And It triggers me to get really pissed and my ex taunts me with her phone saying she is recording me. I over react because she just won't stop and continues to mess up a relationship with my kids. So if she did take me back to court and uses the recordings of me over reacting can she get in trouble for manipulative behavior and messing a relationship with my kids? Even though I have over reacted? I accidentally called her a cunt and pos mom. It slipped out of my mouth on accident. It's exactly why I try my best not to ever talk to her because she mentally tortured me over the years so some of that trauma gets triggered when ever she keeps on trying to come up with a twist to use against me.

I know its hard but you can't stoop down to their level, you know? She knows exactly what buttons to push don't let it affect you. The court might box you both up as problematic. You have full custody don't risk it over trying to defend yourself against her. Only the judges opinions matter. Be present for your kids. I also recommend the book "BIFF: tips for coparents your guide to difficult texts, emails, and social media posts"

My suggestion would be to bring a person with you every time you pick up your children from her visitation. It will keep her on her best behavior since you have a witness with you (your Mom or sister would be great) so that she hesitates to act out in front of someone who she might be embarassed to show her true colors in front of.
