Just one small feedback, I think it would be better if your shirt was black or of another color than white because it would make easier to see the shape of your back. As your shirt and the wall are white, it was a little bit hard to see the alignment of your back.

You can practice it with your knees apart. But ensure that your toes should stick together. However, there is no problem with the other variation as well.

My hips don’t touch soles of my feet . Tried hard but not succeeded .
It takes time but you can place pillow under your buttocks.
I want to ask you one question sir,while banding down and in final position,knees should be together or apart?

I am not able to touch my head on the ground and also not able to keep my butt in constant touch with the legs. My butt raises up resulting in a gap.
