    In this week's video, I show you a quick and very easy mushroom and potato soup, and chickpea curry. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.

    In this week's video, I show you a quick and very easy roasted parsnip soup, and Butter bean stew with cabbage and potato mash. These meals are low fat but will keep you full and satisfied as they are full of fibre and goodness.
    These meals are delicious, easy to prepare and suitable for the maximum weight loss plan. No need to eat boring plain food to lose weight. You can eat delicious hearty meals and still achieve success in your weight loss journey.

    Chickpea curry ingredients:
    1 onion
    4 cloves of garlic
    Thumb size piece of ginger
    1 tsp cumin
    1 tsp mustard seeds
    2 tsp coriander
    1 red pepper
    1/2 can of crushed tomatoes
    1 can of chickpeas
    1/2 tsp Kashmiri chilli
    1/2 tsp turmeric
    1 tbs curry powder
    1/3 of blended silken tofu
    Few drops of coconut extract
    Salt or all purpose seasoning per taste

    the chickpea curry looked delicious and i'm glad i stumbled on this video. i've been struggling with pcos and infertility, and incorporating lifestyle changes has been key.       Thank you Cindy. It changed my life as well. I’ve been vegan for 10 years but going low fat whole foods made such a difference in how I feel mentally and physically 💕
