@@TheBadIdeaBros Looks in a lot better condition now. One of the guys who'd just picked his brand spanking new bike on the Friday managed to launch it off the side of the road Saturday. Took a fair bit to haul it back up. Bent forks made the front mudguard rub on the exhaust on the ride out. Ouch! Remember helping to push out a Rally car from a good river crossing in the middle.
@@TheBadIdeaBros I just started getting into motorbikes but went back to the bicycle after a party where I no longer had the puff to fill a balloon with one lungful. Just brought my latest wee bike back to Christchurch from Blenheim an hour ago. Bike shop reckoned it would do 100 with the farm gearing. Rev limiter kicked in below 80. Was hairy enough keeping it on the road at 70 with NW the winds today. Then it was a struggle to just hang on when the SW hit at Kaikoura. Yes, I enjoyed being on the road on a bike for the first time since '88. 😁

Though it started with that shifter bolt of the CafeRacer 152 (as always been one of the issues with our bike. 😅) That was an awesome view of Lees Valley. Hoping to visit your place even once mate! Ride Safe!
It's interesting to learn that breaking the shifter bolt is a known iddue for the CR152! I did not know this and it's the first time we've ever seen it happen. 😅 I'm happy to hear that you enjoyed the episode! @@TheBadIdeaBros It was one of the main issues of the bike even from the Gen 1 models and had been a hot topic ever since in the Fb page and CR152 Community here in the PH even from 5-6 years ago. Always had a fun time watching you even from the first time you guys got the bike around 4 years ago. From upgrading the stock tires. Changing the colour red to the yellow unit. I'm proud to say that I was one of those many supporters when you started the Channel from those tag-along rides, and the Keeway to the island Episodes I even see you rebuilding a Mountain bike until the 450 MT from CF Moto as it is also one of my dream Adventure bikes and I'm still happy to see that you guys are still into it.

Lees Valley is always a fun ride with plenty of scenery to distract you! It's a public access track, so no permission needed. I'd recommend checking out Adventure Guide for specific details ( www.adventureguide.co.nz/?aff=5b600098 ) as the depth of the river crossing varies quickly! Hope this helps! Man both of you are so lucky you got those model coloration. The yellow and white look more beautiful than the ones released in my country (Philippines) which are black, army green, blue and red. I'm so jealous 😅 that's my dream motorcycle man! Ride safe always you two hoping for a shout out cheers
The white is a factory colour, but the yellow bike I have painted - it was originally red. You can see that in one of my other episodes if you're interested. 😊 I know this bike is super popular in the Philippines, we have a lot of subscribers from there and love to see what you guys have been doing with them there!
