How many miles in one trip without stopping would you say is okay and not to hard on the engine? Like a 3 hour trip?

I have ridden 4 hours straight 2 times. I did have to take some breaks to stretch and fuel up but I ride under red line, right around 55 mph and the engine has always been fine. It can get about 90-100 miles per tank and I typically fill up every 50-75 miles to be safe.

Dodge rider did a 1,000 miles 24 hours trip and on highway and even redlining it most of thevtime. No issues. Solid tuff little bike.
