a real man’s “sedan”
It’s a great car. I own one and I love it. It gets a positive reaction from people whenever I drive it.
Does your crown have a digital rearview camera?
@@khaliahall7072 It is not described as digital anywhere, only as “Backup camera with dynamic grid lines.” I think the quality of the camera image is quite good.
I like the crown sedan. Not everyone wants a dam suv or truck.😮
I still love my 2020 Avalon. This is its replacement.
I’m buying a vehicle later this year. Have been eyeing Camry, Accord, Integra, and maybe Sonata, but now these Crown XLE’s are marked down to around $38K and have caught my attention. Love the Heavy Metal color.
I have one also great vehicle excellent ride
Is it a better Avalon? I like it anyway. Thanks for the review.
Liked it and bought it
what's your impressions after driving it for a week?
My favorite Toyota hybrid so far!
The car manufacturers should watch your video's! You offer practical information that many other reviewers don't...you are unbiased. That is appreciated. One last comment on the Crown: Finally! There is a Hybrid car with a large gas tank!! 600+ range should be a goal of all hybrids! What is good gas milage if you have to stop every 300 miles for gas? Could you include gas tank size in your reviews? Just an idea. Great review...thank you!
I agree. Unfortunately, I don't think the NA car manufacturers listen TO ANYONE. Their stylists, designers and executives jam their myopic ideas down our throats.
Manufacturers should not listen to reviewers. That is why cars became uselessly sporty and focused on 0-60 instead of comfort.
When you listen to customers and know what they need is when you get a vehicle good for life.
People don’t need AWD but because of constant marketing they think they need it. That is when focus groups come into play to find what people need… Chevy Trax is a prime example of what people need and nothing else. It has won plenty of awards for value.
The Prius is the exact opposite. It sacrificed cargo space and daily usage to get what car reviewers wanted. The new Prius won a bunch of awards because it is what reviewers wanted and not what people needed. People who drive a Prius don’t care about looks. They care about practically.
Another great review. This is a really nice car, but cloth seats on a $40k+ vehicle?? Your vids are always well shot, informative and enjoyable. I really LOVE the scenery and nearby countryside where you shoot your videos.
Its looks cool
I love the side view👍the front grill in black, meh.... Not impressed.
Mileage is fantastic! WOW. The interior is OK, front seats look comfy.
Amazing review bro.
Great Review!!!
Appreciate it!
I like the size of that 3/4 glass there are very few cars, especially SUV's that get such a basic thing wrong. Cameras are great but sometimes it just helps to be able to look at the back right to check something. Overall for the money its a good package even at the base mode, i would probably take this over a Altima or even a Civic.
This car would be pretty neat if you could get it with a V6, if it had all analogue gauges, and if it had a physical twist key. And a CD player.
Lol you just described my 2017 Hyundai Santa Fe 😆
Maybe I should buy one of those.
Get an old ES or Avalon.
I really wish Toyota brought over the drop dead gorgeous Crown Sport instead of this Crown and Crown Signia. Would've bought the Crown Sport in a heartbeat
100% AGREE!!!
Hi I am from Afghanistan I love Toyota crown what's the mileage of Toyota crown
Insane vehicle dude.
About ride quality, you said, “ride is plenty fine for me, no issues there”. What exactly does that mean? Is it harsh? Is it soft? Is it compliant over bumps? Love your videos just wish you would stay away from phrases like “perfectly fine“ or “no problems at all“. A little more descriptiveness will help those of us interested in a particular vehicle.
It rides better than a Camry or Corolla so with my bad back I'd be fine with it. However, for the best ride quality you'd want to go with that top trim for the Adaptive Damping Suspension.
@@goldpony However, what if I haven’t had the opportunity to drive a Corolla or Camry to know what that means? That’s why descriptive terms for the model you drove would be more helpful than to compare it to a car I may not have driven. And what if the top line trim level is too expensive and I am considering the XLE? 🤷🏻♂️
@@jonszabois it a couch or an armchair? Is it a wooden chair from ikea or a rollercoaster…
Isn't this car replacing the Venza? And if it is replacing the Venza why isn't it a SUV? Idk, about this car, I'd personally would have hoped Toyota would have kept the Venza in production, because you got the best in luxury, in both a Lexus, & a Rav4. The Crown also cost as much as a Lexus, whereas the Venza was priced moderately.
thats the crown signia
This replaced the Avalon.
Doesn't even look luxurious..
Ikr, it looks like a Toyota Camry.
its not a luxury car, its a “premium” car - like buicks and some vw’s
The sedan no one asked for and few are buying.
But the ones who do buy it buy it for a reason- the only thing like it.
