You did it. You crazy son of a bitch you did it. A comment about Metallica's guitar solos without a thousand hate comments about terrible the elitists claim Kirk Hammett to be.
I feel, personally, like when every time them bassist Roberto Trujillo is doing his shitty face, then I think that he's just FEELING the vibes of every Metallica's song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
so right...they where a differant beast live with burton then newstead....i seen them in 93 with newstead the black album tour and they where killing it...now when i watch them live i get feeling they just going through the motions...dare i say it a little boring to watch as well...i'll accept all the hate from Metallica fans that prob. come my way for having such opinion..
@@shanerobinswpr7027 Let's see you have the same energy you had in your 20s when you're in your 50s. They are all dads now. They can't binge drink and do lines of coke before every show so they can play Master of Puppets 50bpm faster. Have some respect. They blessed all metal fans with incredible music, footage, energy, and here you are judging them. God bless you, for your heart is cold.
I have seen them live 4 times and they have never disappointed. I saw them in Austin, TX 3 times (Frank Irwin Center twice & at the X Games) and 2019 Paris, France May 12th. Great Band Live!
Back in the 90's I saw Metallica probably 10 times. Twice in the same weekend . One night in Chattanooga Tennessee and the next night in Atlanta Georgia
Love this song! Metallica has stood the test of time ( I believe they've been together since 1981) . I personally prefer their older stuff from when C. Burton was still with us... one of the greatest bass players to come out of that era . Jason Newsted ( my all time fave bass player) had big boots to fill but I think he lived up to it and made a mark in their sound as well. I get a kick out of your reactions to metal reminds me of how I felt the first time I heard the songs, makes me smile!! Thanx for the reaction... that was fun!
i went to slane and i came from canada!!!! thats how good they are live!!! glad you like metallica !!!! And go on their website and you can watch live hd videos with great production!
Metallica has been around for almost 40 years and they’re still releasing music. They are by far the most influential and popular band in all of metal. They influenced most of the modern metal scene and even have the unofficial record for largest concert ever. If you want to see it, look up the Black tour in Moscow. Just FYI, the estimated total of people is 1.6 million.....you read that right.
I have happily been going to metal gigs for over 30 years. You will not be disapointed. So many great bands out there, just take your time to find them. 😀
I wouldn’t want to steer you away from doing live videos but for Metallica it’s worth doing studio version videos with lyrics. Hetfield has some incredible lyrics. I’d actually recommend not doing their official music videos because they’re distracting for a first listen (but all are awesome and worth watching). So live or lyrics is my suggestion. Keep it up brotha! Mandatory Metallica Mondays?
This was from 2008-2010 World Magnetic Tour. Recorded at the Arena of Nimes, a Roman amphitheater in France. You should watch the actual video for this song. It explains what the song is about. :)
If you play the guitar and know just a bit of finger style you can try playing the intro to one of their greatest songs: Fade to black The acoustic intro is just beautiful and not that hard as it seems!
This song turned me metal...I was only into grunge and classic rock back in the mid 90s and then I was watching the Beavis and Butthead version of this song and the heavy machine gun sounding bridge part came on...That was it for me. I ended up working my ass off to learn this on guitar and it improved my playing and technique x100 in a months time.
I play drums and this is the first song I learned. I just started beating the shite out of my trap set until I finally got the routine. Talk about exhausting! I love your brogue. It’s just charming. Irish and Scottish are my favorite dialects. (Totally irrelevant to this discussion but I said it anyway ✊🏻) Love the reaction. I’m subscribed and I rang the bell. Please do The Four Horsemen - Live in Seattle ‘89. That whole concert was stellar. So you’ll have LOADS of MetallicA songs to review. Cheers!
Followed them in Ireland since mid 80s. Never seen them live. Greatest trash metal band of all time and het field is greatest frontman ever. 🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘🤘. I have about 50 - 60 fav songs. Listen to their first 5 albums. MASTERPIECES. Love when new people appreciate the greatest.
One or Puppets is probably the ultimate experience for newcomers. They showcase the bands entire register and include some of the most iconic passages. Just missing the slow, heavy riffs like those in dream no more, thing that should not be and sad but true. For crowd reaction, sandman is king.
Metallica is one of the best metal bands live! They are so amazing and always sound great. That is because of work ethic....they work their asses off to make sure all is perfect for their fans. In my opinion James Hetfield is so underatted as a singer.
This song is awesome but you haven’t even begun to touch their amazing performances! Check a recent live concert- I recommend live in Mexico City from I think last year. It’s amazing to see that even in their 50s they still got it and hardwired (their latest album) is to me one of their best and I would put right up there with their first 3 albums and that’s the Mose are tough to beat!
This show was performed in the Arènes de Nîmes, France, im so proud! If you like good solo guitar , try : Domination, Pantera. You will love this one so much!
I really like reaction videos. First one I've seen from you. I love how you don't pause it as much as others. If you've never heard it, you would have no way of knowing, but when I know what was coming and waiting for your reaction, and you start talking, you miss some of the good stuff. I actually just thought of this whilst typing this, but perhaps just writing down the time, then after the video go back to the best parts. You could really give a great response to each moment in detail, while not missing anything. Regardless, I liked this video a lot, and I'm going to check out more. If you're a guitar guy, Free Bird is a great one to listen to.
One is the greatest Metallica song. I've seen it live, Kirk and Lars started it. They then switched instruments and started again. They switched back but it was a great show. Check out Metallica S & M. Symphony and Metallica. Amazing!
“I can appreciate a good guitar player” wait for the solo bud
You did it. You crazy son of a bitch you did it. A comment about Metallica's guitar solos without a thousand hate comments about terrible the elitists claim Kirk Hammett to be.
Master of Puppets or Fade to Black -Seattle 89
with the bass solo included before master
Pedro Jansen Barreto what about 91 moscow
Moscow 91 wtf that is insane
MoP for sure
The four horsemen san diego 1992
Watch Metallica Master of Puppets Live in Seattle '89 if you really want your mind 🤯🤯🤯!!!
K N YESSSSSSSSS
Blackened from that concert is amazing aswell
"Battery" from Seattle 89 is agression packed in to a form of music, check it out
I feel, personally, like when every time them bassist Roberto Trujillo is doing his shitty face, then I think that he's just FEELING the vibes of every Metallica's song!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
I think that it's his image like a personal form as a bassist. It's like Mayhem's bassist playing without wearing a robe.
Metallica; masters of music. I listen to all kinds of music, but I love this band. Not all heavy metal bands sound like that. Thanks for sharing.
Masters of puppets*
As a guitar player I would reccomend their songs "Creeping Death" "Battery" and "Spit out the Bone" as super fun to learn!
Battery is the perfect song to practice your picking techniques.
creeping death will UNDO your wrist after 2 attempts lmao
Actually Battery is the first song i ever learned on electric guitar. Is not even that difficult
@@sensacionsombria5125i never say Battery is that hard. i say it's good for beginner.
@@sensacionsombria5125 oof i think its Not hard but its hard to keep Up the with the speed
This was AWESOME!

Pantera - Domination live at Moscow - appreciate that guitar
+1
9:20 Loved that reaction of James at the end... as in saying "f#cking NAILED IT!!!"
The lyrics are so powerful. Seeing this in concert hits deep. It is so amazing live.
to check out the real metallica..go back to '84-91 live shows

Hell yeah. If I listen to this song a 100 times in a row, it will give me goosebumps 100 times. It’s never failed once in over 30 years.
Metallica will always leave you pumped up. They are incredible! You should react to Master of Puppets from them. It's fire! 🤘😝🤘
yes what a tune
Ur right
Reacts to Fade to black (Same concert) Nimes 2009
Best performance of Fade to Black they've done.
Nîmes* Sorry i'm french 🤣🤣
Been playing guitar for almost 9 years, awsome video mate cheers from Puerto Rico!!
React to some Iron Maiden concerts. They really have energy and fun when they play.
Definitely Maiden if he likes live shows. Specifically anything from their Flight 666 DVD.
If u r doing Metallica again react to master of puppets

Yes
@@j_velazquez307 ...... RIGHT?!?!?!?
I play guitar (as you can see by my profile picture) and James Hetfield is probably one of the most influential guitarists for me personally

Thank goodness. The song itself is loads better than its music video. Glad one of my favorite reactors decided to react to a live version.
I saw them twice on this tour, yes you could feel the heat from the pyro everywhere in the arena.
Back in the 90's I saw Metallica probably 10 times. Twice in the same weekend . One night in Chattanooga Tennessee and the next night in Atlanta Georgia
Try Blackened in Seattle 89' or For Whom the Bell Tolls at Day on the Green 85'
Only good quality performance of Cliff. Rip Cliff.
"Anesthesia" live at The Metro 83

Enter sandman at monsters of rock '91 (Moscow, Russia)
You should do a reaction to this one. It's insane
Hey man, as a guitar player, believe me this solo is much easier to play than it looks
True. A Great solo doesn't need to be hard. This song is a perfect example of that
Still it takes alot of alternate picking skills
...and justice for all in Seattle '89
You should see them LIVE! Best concert you’ll ever go too!
i play guitar and i was at the metallica concert on june 8th. it was my first ever concert (i'm 13). best day of my life
