    Can this be stored for a long time?

      It can be refrigerated for about 3 days but may spoil after that as we are using fresh coconut. You could try freezing it though

      @@ruchikrandhap - You can alter the speed of TH-cam videos by going to setting (the wheel at the bottom) and click on speed to change it to slower. to stop at a particular screen - like ingredients - just click on the double vertical lines at the bottom, or anywhere else on the video itself. Hope this works for you.
