      Lovely Video! Sorry for the intrusion, I would appreciate your opinion. Have you ever tried - Hanristian Pectorial Humdinger (probably on Google)? It is a great one off guide for revealing the secret to get rid of gallstones without the hard work. Ive heard some great things about it and my buddy at very last got amazing success with it.

    I really love how you spend quality time on each pose and aren’t all over the place like most other instructors. I had time to focus on my breath and really give each pose the time and focus that they deserve. Much gratitude for this practice. I can’t wait to do more. 🙏🏻🤍

    Kassandra, thank you so much for this practice! I suffer some minor but rather nasty problems with my gall-bladder. This night it was particularly painful. I was doing the practice with your video at 4am 😂 It helped to release both some panic and the pain. Thank you again 💜💜💜

    The biggest smile came from inside and pukked my muscles in my face for nearly the whole time we were lying on our back recieving the benifits from our practice. This was soooo great, i'm doing this more often. Thank you :)

    I am so thankful I found your channel which was recommended by a friend. Your Yin practices are very nurturing and I look forward to trying different videos for specific, targeted areas.
    I really liked this one for hips although have always found 'shoelace' pose challenging. Means I need it more!! I am 66 and plan to continue for many years to come (here's hoping ;-))

    Thank you Kassandra. I'm so delighted that I was led to your channel. I'm focusing on releasing tension in my hips, especially. The double shoelace is very very challenging for me. My knees do not stack, unless my bottom comes off the ground.
    Then they somewhat stack and so I modify and release the emotions as they surface. As for bending over, I'm looking forward to that day! As a gymnast I struggled with tight hops, but found ways to improvise ;)

    Wow I think I needed this,I'm in awe, I felt all this anger come up and was literally in tears midway & by the end when in shivasana, i felt this strange sludge of heaviness loosen (as in a sensation/energetic form lol) I feel more relieved now, thank you! It's interesting I searched up the liver meridian & how it's connected to anger, learning something new everyday

    I had a really hard time with every pose. I looked up yoga practices particularly for the liver because mine is really out of balance. I noticed all kinds of tensions in my body and was a little saddened about how little I could really ease into any of the poses. But it made me really excited to try this over and over again as well. I took pauses in between just because I couldn’t last. I am excited to do this practice again and again and measure my progress. Thankyou so much for this ♥️♥️♥️

      I am in the same boat... my liver is out of balance and this was SO HARD!!! Have you found any luck rebalancing your liver?

    WOW this was intense! But immensely beneficial... have neglected my practice (+18 years practicing now) for a few weeks, after some cold outdoor Toronto soccer, and found your videos that have really helped me, massive gratitude Kassandra!! ❤️ ... only suggestion would be to guide the steps into 'shoelace pose', its a tough one and very challenging

    As ever, outstanding. The best thing about your instruction is that it is minimal. So many yin instructors give too much info while holding the poses! The whole point is to be still! And that means quiet... ! ❤️

    I have been following you for awhile now and I have a liver in need of healing as I just had gallbladder surgery 10 days ago; and 6 days afterward, my body felt ready for some gentle yin yoga that I've been doing on my bed as I can't get on my mat just yet. So i started with again with your yin yoga for digestion. And low and behold today, this practice showed up in my feed. Is there a bigger sign that yin is the right exercise for me right now? I must say tho that the shoelace pose is one I will have to work up to...lol!! Gaining flexibility is one big reason I'm doing yoga in the first place! So thank you for this great routine that I can do while recivering!!! Namaste.

    Dear Kassandra, thank you so much for the wonderful practice and for all the incredible work that you do! We are huge fans and keep coming back to your channel time and again. We are exceedingly grateful for all the content you so generously share.
    I'll just offer one little comment if I may - I can't help thinking, that it would be better to talk about subscribing to your channel, etc. in the beginning of the video, rather than in the end when one is in a certain state of deep concentration which one might wish to remain in for a bit longer, so any talk about practicalities/organisation issues might come as an unwelcome distraction and thus not prove to be productive.

    Have you done one for the vagus nerve? I know yoga in general is good for the vagus nerve as well as chanting but I am unsure of specifically what poses work best or how they work. Thank you!

    I love this sequence and how much space you were giving this yin practice.
    I hate that flute that sounds like a strangled goose, I try to have equanimity about it, but that's rough

I have been experiencing gallbladder pain for awhile now and as I did each pose I could feel a little tension, heat and then a release around my liver and gallbladder area.       Hello, I am happy to have found your channel. I was twice on the floor enjoing each pose. My body complain if I dont do my work. Now, I am working with my legs to get a deep strech. I need a blanket, a pilow and bolster to put my face on them to be confortable. THANK YOU VERY MUCH. the wheather here is summer, 33 degrees or more)

    This is such a good practise! It’s perfect to be able to paus the video and hold longer; I really needed that today. In the end when I laid down there was a ”good” crack in my back, like something let go. I feel free in my hips and glutes. Such a nice feeling! Thanks!🙏🏻

I want to strengthen my gall bladder in particular and would love it if you could do a class that lasts around 20 minutes (potentially a vinyasa flow that it is also energising for the day?) that works on this organ/meridian so that it's feasible to do it more regularly (eg. every morning).
