I've recently been working on my mental health by not running away from social situations and thought all my work might be undone and I didn't even realize that this thought was stressful for me. I've realized more about myself through this

I did some of the vinyasa flows earlier in the week and was feeling a bit sore (especially after falling down the stairs and landing hard on my right hip...) so I looked for a gentle practice for today and this was perfect.
This is such a gentle, delicate practice. Thank you so much, Kassandra! Although, once we get to the more traditional version of deer pose, I always think to myself, someday I’ll be able to lie down, as well. I’m not there yet, & it’s such a challenging pose for me, however, my heart is still in love with yin & so grateful for this particular, stress-relieving gem. Thanks, again! Namaste 🙏
Great class! I did this just before going to bed and i'm feeling very relaxed, calm, peaceful, grounded and ready for a wonderful night sleep. I like it was not too long but at least 15-30 minutes to really wind down and relax. I also like that you chant OM at the end. I love classes that end with a chant of OM, it helps to solidify and close the practice and end in a peaceful way, connected and aligned to yourself and Source. Wonderful practice, I've had a headache since i woke up this morning and for the first time all day i can't really feel it anymore! If you don't mind, i would like some tips on how to hold the deer pose at 25:32 - my groin muscles were super tight and it was hard to find a comfortable hold. I finished my quarantine healing meditation today and doing this pandemic I've been doing a lot of all of this doing is pandemic has been great doing yoga quarantine everything and I also been wear my face mask and staying healthy during his painting and I've been doing my quarantine meditation inside and I also got a little bit outside in yesterday yoga meditation exercises working out eating healthy

Hello from the Netherlands! I love your video's. But this is my favorite. The mivements and the music are perfect, and help me to release. You are so inspiring. That now I'm seriously thinking about becoming a yin yoga teacher myself.
Felt really good furring this long practice. Love taking the time to be able to breath through deep stretches and go even deeper. But the laying on my back with legs in that square formation REALLY hurt my knee. I wish you had given a variation for that. Other wise great practice and I really enjoyed.
