I'm sorry it took me so long to respond to this! I got this on CD. It was released in 1999 in honor of TZ's 40th anniversary, and digital wasn't too big back then, so I would imagine it's probably only on CD, unless they've re-released it on digital.
TV and movie soundtracks are some of the best music from the 20th century.
This was used extensively in “The Prime Mover”, and in other episodes like “Last Night of a Jockey”.

Jerry originally wrote this for an unsold CBS detective pilot (the title I don't know).
This could've been Jerry's theme for Don Bluth's scrapped Canine Mysterious instead of All Dogs Go To Heaven even though I like that movie.
