Looks very interesting have to give that a try in Irish culture we put yoghurt in to our bread too. Normally I just buy Naan bread at the store but have been making a lot of my own foods from scratch at home in the last couple of years so looking forward to giving it a try. When watching you I was wondering if you roll the bread out Tinner and then put the butter herbs and garlic on it folded it over rolled it out to your desired shape so now the bread is back to the correct thickness and your delicious herb garlic infused butter is inside the bread. Will have to give it a try and see if it works.
