@@SavorEasy hello ma'am. I tried your banana cake recipe it cane out great! My question is i wanted to make 2 batches so i can cream them, do i need to double all the ingredients? Thanks
OMG, I made this naan bread but without adding the garlic and butter. It was absolutely delicious. Everybody in the family loved it. I made it with Lamb curry and rice. I can only imagine it goes amazing with the garlic and butter. I hope everyone tries to make this. It was so easy.😍😃
Always easy to follow. Always fun to watch. Always loved the way Weng instructs. Important there is always beautiful and delicious. Thank you, Weng! 🌹👍❤️
I will try it. Whenever I tried making naan the dough was always too sticky. It would stick to my hands and rolling pin and if I added more flour it didn't taste like naan anymore :( i hope I manage this recipe. Thanks for sharing ❤
I love naan especially with garlic and butter. Always watch and try out your recipes and they turn out good. Will definitely try this out for dinner. Can I use a stand mixer if making a large batch?
You could, but the texture would be totally different. Naan is traditionally cooked in a tandoor oven, which is crazy hot so they cook really quickly and don’t have time to dry out inside. Your home oven can’t match it. Using a frying pan is probably the closest thing because of direct contact with the heat. Having said all that, what have you got to lose by trying? :)
I use a recipe with the same ingredients for all my bread, buns, flat breads. Instead of kneading, I mix, rest, fold 2x 8 minutes, 1x 10 minutes then proof. I also cook everything in a frying pan with another frying pan for a lid and finish off for 5 minutes in my airfryer.
Do I have to make the Naans immediately according to the times shown here, or can I make the dough and store it in the fridge to make it later or not ?
Amen to the Food for the Soul. We all need to this more often 🛐
Have a blessed Sunday!🧡
