Figured the R would be $75K+ as crazy as prices are these days. Considering the cost of more "normal" vehicles, these Mustangs are not too expensive. A bit much for me though :(

im thinking this or the alfa romeo 4c. I know one is a muscle car and one is a sports car. the alfa makes 50% less power though but is less than a second slower it also looks more exotic and gets better MPG. it's also a duel clutch making it easier for city driving than a stick.
+jump oricakle would pick mustang over 4c. Not carbon mono but has sound and stick and back seats and trunk and can do everyday driving. 4c is cheap exotic with all the benefits and drowbacks. Mustang is wisely pumped up everyday sportscar. If you search for fun and have some more cars to do cars usual jobs 4c is still in consideration.

If I won the lottery I wouldn’t be going to a Ferrari or Lamborghini dealer to buy an exotic,, I’d be buying a GT350 and GT350R, F250HD Crew Cab plus an economy car to leave at the airport when I go on a trip.

Ford could have very well shoved a detuned 3.5 V6 EcoBoost twin turbo under the hood from the GT and call it a day. Would have made much economic sense due to the amount of Ford products using it as well. This is also why I come to love Ford as of late.
If Obama accepts any of the carbon control measures approved during the Paris accord it would unfortunately make this vehicle and other like it more expensive to own. Some carbon credits could be bought by Ford but most will be absorbed by the consumer. A strictly E85 model 5.0 with supercharger would be a better option.

With a header-back exhaust and supercharger, it should easily see 800+ hp. But with 14 mpg in the city, I wouldn't want to drive this car anywhere besides the track. Driving it on the street is simply moronic.
