    puts down good numbers for it being a heavy car.

      Very heavy, had a 15 and loved the acceleration/, but just didn’t like it enough in corners. Can you believe I went back to a New Edge and prefer that more?

      @@zemaniak22 that’s why I love the New Edge. Add a little bit of love and you have a dirt cheap pony car that is a monster on the streets and in the corners

      In real world, the Mustang GT takes 0-100 kmph in 4.8s and 400m in 13.0s when tested with GPS by sport auto.de
      They always give accurate times and are usually very consistent,
      For Europe the RHD Mustangs will get only 420 bhp and 390ft pounds so its estimated that 0-100 will take 5.0s flat and quarter mile 13.2s, still not too bad since the new Mustng is going to sell cheaper than an Audi TT, same as a VW Golf R, which it competes directly with,
      So the new Mustng has real potential of success globally,not just in USA.

    • @vernonprice5986

      ***** And.. what does clutch wear have to do with being enjoyable to drive? I drive in standstill traffic every single day with my manual transmission. And I will keep doing it because manuals are much more preferable to me. Location still has nothing to do with which transmission is more fun.

    • @Fussinated
      @Fussinated 8 ปีที่แล้ว +2

      Schon F "I think the European thing is just a marketing scheme"'
      Even if there is a thing that makes a car uniquely European, that thing does not necessarily translate to something to envy European cars. For example, especially after the last VW scandal, a European feeling car could well be something like;
      "I can't pinpoint it but somehow I feel like I am screwed", or
      "I can get stranded in the middle of nowhere anytime", or
      "If my car breaks down will there be enough money for me to cover the repair costs?", or
      "Even if I can cover the repair costs, if the car breaks down could it be fixed even at the dealer?" etc.
      These are more realistic "European" car feelings than simply using this term as an expression of envy.

    If you buy a V8 Mustang with an Automatic, you're wasting your money. If you don't know how to drive manual, you're not worthy of a V8 Mustang.

      Not only is the automatic quicker and faster than the manual, it gets better fuel economy. I love sticks but my 2016 GT will have an automatic. It will be satisfying beating my neighborr's '15 GT manual.

      Personally, I believe half the fun is shifting through the gears. I could care less if I'm a second slower.

      +THEMilkSHAIKH Then get a STI instead, I believe shifting gears in corners would be much more fun than in straight lines.

      If you can afford a V8, you are worthy of a V8. Lol.
      I care more about being quicker. And that is why many exotics only come in DCT.

      +James Denz your auto gt will be a borefest. I hope those 0.3 secs in the quater are really worth it.

    With all the respect, the way you yell during the whole review is... umm, sounds unnatural... You surely don't talk like that to people around you, do you?

    Its simply ugly and cheap looking. I would rather have an Audi TT Quattro or the TTRS.

      steve james what are the main problems of it? I have read on consumer reports about the Mustangs not being reliable.
