I’m so happy to see a nearly full upper deck a380 it’s nice to see them flying there awesome to fly and feel comfortable even in economy ♥️✈️best aircraft Ives ever flown
There’s no denying how spectacular Qatar is and although a different look and feel, their A380 is incredible and great to see more and more airlines reintroduce…. 👍
I absolutely love all ur videos. It’s great to c what trains, planes and boats really have inside them and how luxurious they are. Also the amount of things that fit into all those little spaces. It amazes me.
Qatar's business class is absolutely wonderful. The service, the food, the comfort is absolutely outstanding. I will never fly anything else. 100% approve
Hey Trek, these last few months been pretty stressful at work and other normal stuff. man I DON'T KNOW what it is about your content but it helps me calm down and relax
Having flown Qatar Airways more the 40 times, the Q-Suite on the 777 fleet is better. The A380 lounge/bar is a good way to connect with fellow travellers and good offerings at the bar. One of the better Oneworld airlines.
Tried Qatar recently and the hype is real. I was on the 787 and a350-900. Some of them have q suites so it’s just a matter of luck. Amazing experience the a350 is really something those high ceilings are class. Only thing, I’d still trade in for a direct flight overnight. Having a bed is great but stopping half way and then getting back into a second flight, nah not for me. I wanna board, eat and sleep. And wake up for breakfast and freshen up to start the day working
You mentioned the Al Mourjan lounge is accessible "only when flying Qatar's own business class" but this isn't true. Al Mourjan is also open to Business class pax on other Oneworld airlines. You might be getting confused about the unusual arrangement for OWS pax in Y who get pushed to other J lounge.
Awesome mate, as much as im not a massive fan on the A380, 😞 don’t throw daggers 😂 I,m more of a A350 fan but I am glad to see carriers are starting re introduce their A380, also I can appreciate the size and space and just Qatar airways 👏, it’s great to see that the travel sector is definitely improving. Brilliant mate 👏
You’re videos are quite well produced. The clarity, pace, and structure are very good. I literally feel like I’m the one traveling. Thus thanks for the various ones you’ve put here on TH-cam. I’m in my mid 60s. With Covid I’ve not travelled in bit. Last place I went with any distance was Hawaii on 3/15. Seeing the videos make me want to go explore again. I’ve wanted to go to Iceland,Greenland.and Denmark. Plus take my Wife to the Netherlands her home country.
It's amazing to see aircrafts like the A380 back in the skies, though I have never been on one. The only way I get to experience these amazing aircrafts with honest reviews are through your videos. Keep up the great work Will!
About the Al Mourjan lounge, it is also accessible to economy class passengers for a fee, but there is a cutoff layover time I suppose. I was there yesterday, because I had a long layover of 20 hrs, on an economy ticket. It's a majestic lounge. You can technically access the lounge only for 6 hours if you buy access, but it is not strictly enforced. As long as you don't spend an entire day there, you are fine.
Awesome experience with an amazing airline! We will be travelling with Qatar in Oct SYD-JFK-SYD. I love watching Qatar vlogs leading up to our holiday. Tysm and G'day from Sydney 🌿🐨
Managed to tick off most items on my Trek Trendy bingo card in this one: champagne, Diet Coke, Tims, pyjamas, beef 👍 Great review as usual Will, and loved the hot towel reference to NSD, made me lol.
@@Trektrendy it’s a pleasure Will, always great content. Just watched the KLM one, looks a great product. I’m hoping you may review Aer Lingus transatlantic business class one day, but I fear it won’t stack up too well. Big bonus though is US pre-clearance at Dublin airport. Take it easy, look forward to your next instalment
Recently I flew in Qatar’s Q-Suite in the 777 from JFK to Doha, it was good but for the unusual heavy turbulence. But the Doha to Hyd in 787 it has similar layout like the 380 but it was very smooth as well. Service and much improved food with on board veg options as well without the special meal. I used their new business class lounge in Doha which was much less crowded with better service. Cheers 👍
If I'd paid a business class fare, I'd have definitely have expected "Q-Suites" upstairs on the A380! They are promoted as "World's Best Business Class," after all, while the 380 is generally thought to be "World's Most Exciting Aircraft!" My guess is the dimensions of the modules were too great to fit four abreast on the kind-of cramped upstairs space. As one who's done my fair share of traveling in Emirates Business upstairs on the 380, I'd think this is bad for competition as I'd always choose EK over Qatar when given the choice. What's your take, Trek Trendy? You do get about, son! Wondering what you do for a living that sports you so consistently about the world, and always in premium accommodations. Certainly enjoy your reporting. Thanks, mate!
Actually the answer is they were not going to spend the money for a retrofit on the 380 they only had 10 of and were never happy with and couldn't get rid of fast enough. It's one of the flaws of the 380 is that they are so customized it's take $40 million per aircraft.
I love your vids I’m a plane addicted they are my fav also airports btw you missed the caviar but that doesn’t really matter the plane matters so thanks for making me a favourite fan because I’m a plane addicted Love your vids
Great review Mr Trek Trendy. Enjoyed watching that, well done. This month I'm flying Qatar, 'Business' return from Manchester to Bangkok via Doha. First will be the A777-300ER from MAN-DOH. Then DOH-BKK on the huge A380-800 Returning to the UK., first onboard the Qatar A330-300. Then changing at DOH to board the A787-8 back to MAN. Quite a mix of aircraft ! Really looking forward to trying them all out. I've not flown since 2020. Keep up the great work. Best wishes.
Mate, serious question, one of the few whose well travelled in the pandemic. Is it turning? When do you see it going back to a relative normal? People say never, but said the same after 911, tech catches up, etc. Your thoughts? That flight seemed pretty normal outside of the masks.
It really depends which part of the world, within the US, Europe and parts of the middle east it's certainly near back to pre pandemic levels. In Asia and Australia... not so much. 2022 is the year of recovery for these areas though I feel
I've seen healthcare workers say it'll probably be a 4-5 year pandemic. If we're technically in year 3 now, next year or the year after but as Trek said, certain parts are almost back to "normal"
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but he'll often refer to things as 10kilo or in this case 20k, which is also noted on the screen. What does this mean? And is it in any way a reference to price? Because on a few videos, he states the price for the flight, which is so useful, but on most, he doesn't. I would really like to know how much each of these flights or train rides cost.
I’m so happy to see a nearly full upper deck a380 it’s nice to see them flying there awesome to fly and feel comfortable even in economy ♥️✈️best aircraft Ives ever flown
I wish the A380 could make a comeback, such a magnificent plane and probably one of the safest ever made too!

Was on QR4 yesterday and delighted to see bar was open and fully stocked after take off. A really nice way to relax on board.
I rode from Doha to Paris two weeks ago on the A380, great experience, about 60% full. Great crew

Getting Klarna as a sponsor means you're balling mate. Keep up the awesome content! 💪
As an Englishman at an airport, you should never feel ashamed of drinking alcohol at an airport in the morning. It's what we do.
I saw Germans doing it 6am in Zurich and was told for them it’s totally normal
Does anyone else comment about the soothing timbre of your vids? I'm here to represent.

People can also pay to access it. I think 125 USD

Wonderful to see that big bird again!
Thanks for a great review. I am now definitely going to consider doing Business class Melbourne Australia to London next year with this airline
Love to see the A380 flying. Also great shoutout to Dan
Hope it stays that way.
Great video! The lounge. The product and food all look amazing!
Thank you for all your hard work Will. The content is top notch. I live vicariously through your videos lol ✈️
What an awesome experience. I hope to fly Qatar later this year on Business Class.
The best business class in the world
really enjoyable review that makes me want to definitely try Qatar.
Qatar FTW can’t wait to fly again. Last June I went CDG-DOH-CPT and back. Flat out amazing.
2.28 the person kicked back with no shoes on! Hahaha 😝

Love your videos can you try SAS a350 Business Class?
Trek I miss flying as well. Incredible journey with you on the A380. Thank you!!!
Be nice to Dan! 😉 I share his fanatical love of hot towels (even though I can't remember the last time I experienced one)!
Exquisite Video, NASA! Sam Chui Has Nothing On You! Ha!
You make me long to travel again. And to travel first class!! Never had the opportunity but if I could I certainly would.

I so so wish the Qatar bar + Qsuite could co-exist!!!
Just yesterday I booked my first business class ever (this one) to Sydney next year. Cant wait.😉

flying in one of those A380 business class next month from Doha to Bangkok

Where do you get/buy all your NASA sweaters/t-shirts from??? 🤩🤩🤩🤩
I just find it amazing how huge just the Qatar area in the airport was
I'd take Qatar's A380/A350 business class over many other business class products (especially Delta's)
5:35 Hahahaha what a reference to Dan!
The best airline review channel ever! Even better than Sam Chui
Nicely done !
Classy. Seats seem a bit strange at first look. Rich gassy food. Cool lounge👍
Another great video!!! Love the lounge on the Qatar. It’s so sleek and stylish.
What an exciting bar! Great video as usual 🙂✈️

How did it go? Any equipment swaps? I'm flying Qatar later this month and heard that equipment swaps can be common for Qatar.
What? You mean to tell me you didn’t cried upon receiving a hot towel in business? How dare you! Greetings from Sweden m8
Sorry a very random question, but what are those Timberlands you have on, I love them and need a pair.
New to your channel and loving it.
Looking forward to fly BA 380 from London to Dubai next month.
Emirates have them beaten in 380 hard product but the soft product is consistently excellent across the fleet. 👍
I'm an aircraft cleaner for ABM at Heathrow. I do these daily so its good to see what the onboard experience & service is like :) Nice one
I can make a vision of Trek Trendy on a SpaceX rocket! Better start saving up your money Will
Great Video review! Very well done indeed!
I can Connect my My wireless head phones to the tv or you need a wire to connect to the tv as I’m going Qatar Airways next Monday ? thank you
Nice upper deck. You seem to enjoy every meal.
Welcome back. Thanks
GREAT VIDEO!!!
Nice view of the GP7200s at 4:50.
Great vid. Do a small video on where you live. Greetings from Aruba.
Love it 😊😊😊😊
Lovely video again will
Hey I'm flying QR from DXB-DOH-LHR. UK doesn't require a COVID test, but do I still need a test to transfer through Hamad?
Will, so glad to notice that you’ve stopped punching the elevator buttons, and have lost some weight. Good job on both levels.
Are you actually travelling for a reason? Work? Leisure? What is your normal job? What’s the connection with NASA?
It was like a dream for me.

i love A380s, but I love Q suites even more. In this case, I'd rather go on their 777.
Is there any reason you always get the k seat are they the best or just a habit
I’ve gotta ask, what’s with all of the Nasa garb?
Sorry if this is a dumb question, but he'll often refer to things as 10kilo or in this case 20k, which is also noted on the screen. What does this mean? And is it in any way a reference to price? its the seat number he referred to. In this case its 20K or 20 KILO (as per NATO Phonetic Alphabet)
I reckon things were better during the pandemic
Great video! Would love to see what you get up to in between these flights, have you thought about starting vlogs?
it always baffles me how you can have a cup full to the brim on a plane racing through the air and it doesnt spill or anything
Great report as ever Will. I was worried the new haircut had affected your drinking habits! Thankfully not though. Happy flying....
1:32 I thought those were your own footsteps for a moment there...
Silly question from a "first-timer": are the drinks in the plane-lounge for free?
He referenced Nonstop Dan with that towel comment. Do they gave any beef between them?🤔
Haha, was wondering if anyone else was going to comment on that. I don't think they have beef, just a fun little shout out!
Then again, I could be totally wrong.
Sleeping in the sky with a FRSAKING MASK keeping me from breathing! LOL
I thought qatar offered showers for their premium cabins...or is that Emirates I'm thinking of?
That one particular TH-cam is Non-Stop Dan?
So what do I need to do to get a free flight like you do?
I'd love to be a travel vlogger! Do the sponsors you work with cover the entire cost of your travel or just partially? Thanks :)!
Well at least you took your shoes off!
